After the 3rd visit my ears were red and burning. I was having an allergic reaction. Now I wondered what she was using to color my hair. At my 4th visit I told her I had another reaction this time on my ears. I said I know there are several versions of Schwarzkopf and could she show me what color she's using. She replied that she was using LOreal since the store said it comparable. I was stunned. I replied you don't use anything comparable when it comes to allergies and not tell me even after I was having reactions. Trust is lost. Won't go back.

Keri Dame was my stylist and she just graduated the program. It speaks volumes (no pun intended) about the rigors of the program. She is on point cut, color, and conversation. When I checked out I was charged for a blow dry, and I questioned it and it was taken off, but never would have been if I had not asked details of the charges. Never again, I spent 3 hours there for simple petite highlights... I paid lots of $$ too. Lots of salons in the area that are great. Stay away from this one is my advice.

Not only did I feel pretty the few weeks after my visit, but it's growing out so cute! Curly Girlies, it's tempting to visit a cheaper salon and just take the L when growing out a bad cut. However, if you find the right stylist, you won't need to go as often. You'll also get some sass in your step, and you can't really put a price on that kind of confidence.

Once we were seated, we were never offered champagne--something that's always been part of the Drybar experience and something we look forward to. Out of the three of us, only one person actually looked like they had a proper blowout. We even showed friends our "after" photos and they thought they were the before pictures. When we went up to the counter, Christian noticed that our birthday girl's hair wasn't finished at all. The stylist kept insisting her hair "wouldn't hold a curl," but Christian completely redid it--and it came out beautiful. We are very grateful for him. The owner was there and mentioned multiple times that they were "getting ready for busy season," which made us assume most of the stylists working that day were brand new. While we fully understand that new stylists need training, we should not have been charged full price for an experience that was far from Drybar quality. I also paid $15 for an add-on that was supposed to help with frizz, and it felt like I got about three sprays of product. My hair frizzed immediately after walking outside. We've had great experiences at other Drybar locations, but unfortunately we cannot recommend this one.
