Upon, arriving we were greeted with a friendly face - A sweet older dog named Nemo. My friend went off for her massage and Paula (the owner) led me to a peaceful room for a hydrating facial. Paula has been in the industry for 15 years, and gave a very soothing facial and massage. Afterwards, I was led to a back room that is about the size of a hotel bathroom and not well ventilated. There I placed my feet in what I originally thought was a slow cooker (but really it was a small foot bath). I was told the original chair (in her picture) was not moved to this location because they would have to tear up flooring to install it. She was very sanitary and made sure to use clean supplies. She will even explain how she cleans everything in case you need reassurance. As for the pedicure, she filed the toenails and scraped underneath them with what felt like a small knife. She gave good polish recommendations and carefully applied to the nails. She was great with putting on flip flops and making sure my toes didn't smudge. As for the manicure, same process for toenails except I dipped my hands in warm bowl of scented water. The pain points for me: she charged us for "classic pedicure" which should have included a foot massage. Instead, she put on a scented mask and then placed my feet in the bath. As for the manicure, she put on some "quick dry spray" that did not work. My nails were smudged and chipped within 30 minutes of leaving. Additionally, she did not touch my cuticles. Two of the worst lash experiences I have ever had! I have been wearing lash extensions from classic…read moreto mega consistently for the past 13 years and my 2 sessions here were the worst I have ever experienced. Waaaay too much glue was used so during the application, Meghan had to repeatedly pull apart the lashes after she applied them. A good portion of the fill was her pulling apart the glue. Ouch!!! Lashes were also glued to my skin and many were clumped together with glue at the base of the lash. I had to try and break apart the clumps at home. When I went back to FL for a fill, my tech couldn't even separate the clumps and had to have me soak all the lashes off and start over. The botched fill by Meghan cost me $350 to correct. I gave her another shot (thinking maybe my cleanser was the issue) but had the same result. Roughly 5-8 fans fell off when I got in the car. Over two days, the majority of the new fill fell out but the remainder was clumped, twisted and just not pretty. Again, went back to FL to a different salon to correct the issue and she said the same thing: faulty application, way too much glue and not separating the lashes when placing them. She also had a very difficult time doing a fill because of the excessive amount of glue used. Said it looked like the tech learned incorrectly. Save yourself the pain, headache and money and go somewhere else. Two tries and two different independent evaluations prove the point. (Look at some of the posted "before/after" photos here. That is NOT what proper application looks like!) Ps: I called Meghan to let her know and she didn't want to hear it. Too bad. We shud all be willing to learn from our mistakes.

My mother in law and I went to get pedicures and we really enjoyed this place. It's new and clean…read moreand their color options and beautifully displayed in a binder instead of on those plastic nail rings. The service was very elevated. We got hot shoulder compresses and the full work up on our pedicures. The staff were super sweet! The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I called ahead and made appointments for us, but still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our service to start because they took a couple walk ins a few minute before we got there. Other than that, I'd be willing to give them another try the next time I'm in town.
