The piercing was SO far below the actual desired puncture spot that it got so irritated and infected. I had it taken out at "Good Vibes" shop. The pierces there are so professional, know what they're doing, have experience and communicate with you about realistics. They will not pierce you if you're unfit, and they also will not go out of the actual piercing alignment. I have gone to Amber many times at that shop and it was always quick, sterile, without infection, and professional. ONE VISIT to this place had me infected and the energy was so odd . I've met over 10 people on campus who went there and said their piercings or tattoos were soon infected or rejecting. If you value quality, do not go here. My friend had one eyebrow pieced at noble and it rejected and got infected immediately, when it was done with Amber it healed perfectly and looks so cute. Take precautions!

On June 11th, I made an appointment for myself and two friends Brie and Tim to be treated at 12:00…read moreat the spa in Chetola at noon on June 18th. I did have specific request for a therapist as I have been here many times prior and enjoyed being treated by Tracy. When I made my appointment, I had them look at my prior history to verify that she was still available and that I would be treated by her. Brie didn't have a specific request as far as a male or female therapist. Tim had requested a female therapist. On June 18th at precisely noon, Brie was taken directly to her appointment. My other friend and I waited another 15 minutes before somebody came out to take Tim back. It was Tracy...the therapist that I had requested. This left me with the male therapist, which I refuse to use after a very bad experience at a different spa. At this point, Brie was 15 minutes into her appointment, so there was not a way to change therapists, and the best way that I could see to resolve the situation was to give up my therapy session so that my friends could still enjoy their day. A manager came out, apologized to me and and explained that the system had changed so that there was no way to specifically request a certain therapist anymore. This confused me, as I literally just made my appointment a week ago and had there been a change to the system. I would've expected a phone call, explaining that our requests could no longer be met. I also explained that had we all been taken in on time, this issue could've been resolved, by arranging everyone as was originally agreed on with my first phone call when making the appointment. However, because two of our therapists were running 15 minutes behind this was not possible. It took a further 20 minutes for Tim to start his massage. I was told "Thank you for understanding" with no compensation offered. The therapist that I had specifically requested was completely booked for the day, and the point of this particular booking was for us to go in as a group so that we can enjoy our day. In short, I am very disappointed Chetola's lack of communication, service, and lack of compensation for my disappointing day.
