I have gone here about three times now and the service has been great! My nails have lasted over a month and they were done nicely!

This is the first place I have gotten a manicure since moving to the mountains. I picked them…read morebecause they are open till 8 pm. I showed up to my appointment at 6:45 for a simple mani. No gel, no French, just a simple manicure. Right off the bat, they sat me down with an older gentleman. I was trying to pick my colors but he wanted me to sit, so I did. Keep in mind this is an Asian run salon so it's hard sometimes to understand the accent, plus there is a face mask. Instead of removing my gel nails with acetone, he drilled down my nails. I Already didn't like that bc it wasn't coming off properly. He rushed me thru my appointment. I told him the red he was using was old and tacky... he acted like he didn't understand me and kept going. The icing on the cake was when he started to paint my nails and didn't go all the way to the end with the color. Even I can do a better job than him!! At this point, I just wanted to leave and NEVER COME BACK HERE. He billed me $5 for removal of the gel nails... that were not removed. $15 for the manicure. Meanwhile, I sat to dry my nails and they guy was gone. So he pretty much rushed me thru my nails bc I was done by 7:05. I got it done on a Thursday and by Saturday they were chipped on both hands.... And I do zero manual labor so my nails usually last me 2-3 weeks... So not only is the guy bad, they have cheap enamel and don't understand a thing you say. Pass this place up, def not recommended at all

Upon, arriving we were greeted with a friendly face - A sweet older dog named Nemo. My friend went off for her massage and Paula (the owner) led me to a peaceful room for a hydrating facial. Paula has been in the industry for 15 years, and gave a very soothing facial and massage. Afterwards, I was led to a back room that is about the size of a hotel bathroom and not well ventilated. There I placed my feet in what I originally thought was a slow cooker (but really it was a small foot bath). I was told the original chair (in her picture) was not moved to this location because they would have to tear up flooring to install it. She was very sanitary and made sure to use clean supplies. She will even explain how she cleans everything in case you need reassurance. As for the pedicure, she filed the toenails and scraped underneath them with what felt like a small knife. She gave good polish recommendations and carefully applied to the nails. She was great with putting on flip flops and making sure my toes didn't smudge. As for the manicure, same process for toenails except I dipped my hands in warm bowl of scented water. The pain points for me: she charged us for "classic pedicure" which should have included a foot massage. Instead, she put on a scented mask and then placed my feet in the bath. As for the manicure, she put on some "quick dry spray" that did not work. My nails were smudged and chipped within 30 minutes of leaving. Additionally, she did not touch my cuticles. For those still reading, my friend highly recommends a basic massage
