One nail didn't even cure right, he had no intention on checking it before it left. $92 total for this fill in with design, my shock it wasn't even a full set to start fresh when I asked him about pricing. We were on vacation 3.5 hrs away. Now I'm gonna have to pay someone at home to fix this and their closed til Tuesday and couldn't even have the ability to let them fix this. Extremely disappointed and aware before going takes forever, poor quality, and over priced for services.

It was lovely and that polish lasted almost a month and I was hard on my nails as we were camping This was not a one off experience the multiple people I recommended them to have also had similar experiences. So if you are local support them. If you are here on vacation. You can go in with confidence that they will take good care of you and you love what they do for you. The man who did my pedicure could barely understand me, which made communication frustrating from the start. More importantly, he did a terrible job. Later that night, after the lotion wore off, I realized my feet still had noticeable dead skin and hard, rough patches all over them. It honestly looked like little to no real exfoliation was done. I paid $67 plus a $10 tip for what was easily the worst pedicure I've ever had. To make matters worse, we were visiting from out of town, so I didn't have the option of going back to have it fixed. If you're not a local, you're taking a risk because there's no easy way to address poor service after the fact. I do not recommend Hollywood Nail Spa, especially if you're not from the area.

Barely anyone was in the salon, yet my friend and I were there for 3+ plus hours for two basic acrylic sets because they were short staffed and didn't manage time to their advantage. Despite this, we stayed because their techs could do advanced designs and were extremely impressive! In the end, colors were messed up, along with designs and application - nails were popping off and growing out after just two weeks. The prices were also extremely overpriced for the quality and services provided. Overall, I do not recommend this place, and would caution anyone who tries it out.

While my friends hit the slopes, I treated myself to some serious self-care--and Happy Nail Spa absolutely delivered. True spas in the area were booked months out, but I was able to snag a facial and deluxe pedicure here, and I'm so glad I did. From the outside, it looks like a typical nail salon, so I was a little hesitant about the facial--but WOW, I was pleasantly surprised. My facial lasted a full hour, and Hannah was incredible. The facial massage alone could've put me to sleep, and the attention to detail left my skin glowing and me fully relaxed. I was ready for a nap afterward in the best way. The deluxe pedicure was just as amazing. After a day of skiing, asking for some extra leg massage attention sounded tempting--but I didn't even need to ask. Between the herbal soak, sugar scrub, mud mask with hot towels, paraffin wax, volcanic hot stones, and multiple leg and foot massages throughout it all, I felt like royalty! Three different staff members helped throughout the service and every single one was kind, attentive, and skilled. My legs and feet have never felt better. Friendly staff, great service, and way more spa-like than expected. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in the mountains.
