The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. Which should have been free. The second perm was with different rods and was so much better but after washing, the longer parts of my hair were very straight. I went in and had her just do a new style on my hair. IT'S THE WORST!! It isn't what I asked for, much shorter (sticking up short). I asked her when I showed her the picture of what I wanted if she could do that style. She said yes. But with my previous perm it would look a bit different. I can't even get my hair in a straight iron to straighten it. She once told me that if she didn't know what she was doing, she would fake it.
