Just passing through the area in our motor home and desparatly needed a haircut. So glad I found this place. Fabby cut my hair in a beautiful pixie exactly the way I wanted. She really listened to what I requested, asked several questions to be sure that she understood what I wanted and proceeded to give me a great haircut. I highly reccomend Fabby at the Garage Salon!! read more

I am disappointed. I went to Fabby due to my old hairdresser being booked full, but she messed up my hair. I had long straight hair, I asked for a slight trim. I have been wanting to grow out my hair for a while now and it was just starting to get to the length I desired. I have always looked up to Rapunzel the female character in the movie Tangled. Anyways Fabby cut my hair into a BOB. I fell asleep when she was brushing out my long hair and when I woke up, I saw horror. I am so devastated, my best friend recommended this salon to me. I will never be returning, I now have to live with this awful haircut or buy expensive wigs. I am unsure of what to do, if anyone has any recommendations for wigs I would appreciate it. Fabby, I hope my sobbing face haunts your dreams. I didn't even get a refund, and there was mildew forming around the windows. The overall vibe of this place is like a horror house. read more

I was needing a nice mani-pedi before I took off for Italy. I called this salon and was connected with Darla. Right away we hit it off, talking about my trip, the colors I was looking for, etc. I love the part of town this salon is located in + it has a very industrial modern style with I LOVE. It's truly is like a garage and I love it. All the ladies inside were super nice and I immediately felt comfy even tho I was a new client. The manicure was great and stayed solid for my whole trip...but this Pedicure...let's talk about how it amazing it was! Totally worth the investment. Let me tell you this girl WORKED on my feet. Plus, Paraffin dip, hot hot towels, all sorts of scrubs and lotions. It was like a never ending event. I SO much appreciate all the work and time she spent on me. If you are looking for nails, I would strongly suggest making an appointment at the Garage! :) Well done! read more

Being new to the area, I asked thd locals where they go to get a manicure and The Garage was frequently the answer. I called yesterday to see if I could get an appointment during the Labor Day Weekend (wasn't expecting a yes). Not many people would offer to come in at 7 am on a Saturday to do a stranger's manicure, but they did. She did a beautiful job and I will absolutely go back. read more

I am new to Twin Falls and had to find a new hairdresser. I called Garage Salon and was able to get an appointment the next day. Fabby cut my hair and got a incredible haircut. In Twin Falls for my daughter's wedding and called a month early to see if I could get in for a shampoo and style only. I was able to get an appointment with Fabby easily. She even gave me her cell number so I could send her what style I was looking for and if I needed to call her after hours. Fabby did a wonderful style for me and it was even better than I had hoped for!! She was very kind, considerate and gentle. (I'm a big baby when it comes to hair.) Fabby explained why and what she was doing throughout the styling and checked with me to be sure I was good with it. I was more than good with it! Fabby is professional, skilled, sweet, and generous. read more

I called to make an appointment and literally heard everyone laughing on the phone about how they didn't have anything available until next week. I have no problem waiting but it's so unprofessional to laugh at a customer and made me feel as if my business is unwanted. I broke my nail today and I'm in pain so I just wanted to get them taken off but I'll be sure not to bother this place again. read more

I am new to this area and needed to get all my hair cut off in preparation for an up coming surgery on my right arm and having thick curly hair I knew I wouldn't be able to wash and style it. Since my surgery was in a few days I worried about finding the right person to tackle my tangles. I called the Garage Salon and talk to Sally Plake, she was able to get me in right away. I explained what I needed and how I wanted it cut. She listened to me, and spent over an hour until it was just what I wanted. She has a lot of experience with the straight razor and thinning my type of hair, which is so hard to find. I'm so happy with how it turned, and that I have a new wonderful hairdresser. Thanks Sally! read more

I took my mom here for a pedicure and we had the most wonderful experience. The staff are so friendly, fantastic customer service. They also did a great job on our toes, they look beautiful and feel super soft. Not too mention the price is great for all you get. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone seeking a great pedicure and wonderful customer service. read more

Garage Salon - A picture of our toes, so happy with them. - Hair Salons Near Me - Twin Falls, Idaho

Great haircut with Fabby. She listened while studying my hair & head shape & I am looking good. The beauty is I don't use a blow dryer or any hair products. It is wash & wear & other than using a round brush as it air dries, it looks as good as when she blow dried it after the cut. I got in quickly, the shop is fun & upbeat, the price was affordable and Fabby is a great conversationalist. I look forward to a redo in 6-8 weeks. read more

Been growing my hair out for over two years to get to a length I want, then dye it. I scheduled an appt for 9:30 with Fabby. Was parked outside at 9:25 when she called me saying I was late. I explained to her my appt started in five minutes. She told me I was wrong, and it was at nine. When she called me the night before to confirm our appt she said 9:30, and I even repeated it back to her. Not only did she hang up on me abruptly, she wasn't sincere or even tried to reschedule me.. super bummer with this establishment and lack of customer service in the employees. Doesn't even deserve one star. read more

Love love love it here!! Lisa, Noemi, and Darla are the best! Ask for them and you will have the best time EVER! And the result is beautiful! read more

BRANDON is the person that you ask for if you want a professional who knows what they are doing to do amazing and wonderful things to your hair. I had a color and cut and I was very specific with what I wanted and he did it for me when no one else could. I,ve tried to get this hair style several times but no one seemed to get it until I went to Brandon. If he's any indication of the quality of professionals in this salon, then everyone should go here. I highly recommend them. read more

Me and my bridesmaids got our nails done here and it was a horrid experience.. the French tips are so crooked and awkward, it makes you wanna cut your fingers off.. they talked non stop and gossiped and weren't respectful in the least.. I would not recommend the garage salon if you want pretty nails read more

Absolutely terrible place to get your nails done, a student can do a better job then these ladies, and definately not MEN friendly, all they did was bash men, while I sat their and my wife got her nails done! read more

Loved the Garage! She worked around my schedule and took her time. My new hairdo looked fabulous!!!

I recently moved to Idaho, it was time to get my hair cut,and I stumbled on this great salon! Fabby gave me a fantastic cut that looks good both straightened and in its natural curly state! She is really nice and the other ladies who work in the salon were fun and friendly as well. I like the atmosphere, everyone was talking and joking around with each other and it felt like a fun, friendly place! I will definitely be going back for my next haircut. read more

Just had my haircut & colored with Fabby and am very happy with the results! She did a wonderful job with the color selections and decided to mix 2 colors together. Really pretty. This was my first visit and enjoyed the company and good feelings we shared. Didn't feel as if I was being pushed out the door either! It was very relaxing a commodity that isn't so easily achieved these days. Booked my next appointment too. read more

They were great at making an appointment that fit my schedule. The salon was clean and staff were friendly. Overall the service was great but overpriced. I've received similar services for significantly less. Likely I won't return because I didn't feel the services warranted the price. read more

In town visiting my elderly parents. Went to Garage Salon based on other reviews and looking at their Facebook page. FANTASTIC. We had pedicures (our first) and manicures. This was my first time here and I'll admit, I was a little turned off by the location but I got the best haircut from Fabby! She did an awesome job and at $35 for a shampoo, cut and style; you can't beat it! Fabby was so sweet and she knows her stuff! I highly recommend this salon if you want a great haircut; Fabby especially. read more

I got my hair cut here in April by Mo and to say it was the worst haircut of my life wouldn't do it justice. I brought in pictures of a shaggy mix between a pixie and a bob and went over the cut in excruciating detail. I took my glasses off and she went to town. What was supposed to be a 10-14 inch long cut turned into less than an inch to 4 inches long. I had waited a long time so that my bangs were long enough to tuck behind my ears to get the cut, which is how the pictures I brought in were, and she cut them above my eyebrows! Literally, to go any shorter would have been a buzz cut. On one side she had left me with no sideburn, and on the other side I had half of one. My catchphrase for the two months it took to grow out TO a pixie cut has been, "no seriously, I didn't lose a bet." Truly an unbelievable experience. Only 5-6 more months until it grows out to the length I originally wanted! read more
