Great vibe too, I was able to tell my salonist all the juicy tea in my life about me and my baby daddy who left me for a 16 year old she was totally understanding and was stomping that man out! Great listeners, great hair jobs, what else could a girl like me ask for!?

Sandra's business was a 10 plus until.... One day I dropped by her Salon to make an appointment. Her Station was emptied out, and a Hairstylist who worked for years at Sandra's, shared Sandra was gone,up and moved out of Twin Falls with no warning, and no specific future address. She also had appointments with Customers that she didn't even cancel. My 10 plus score went to a 1 score, because of her inconsiderate, selfish, behavior with her dedicated Clients. I hear that she moved toward the Boise area, but if she ever returns, I'll not do business with her again. Integrity means alot to me.

I have been wanting to grow out my hair for a while now and it was just starting to get to the length I desired. I have always looked up to Rapunzel the female character in the movie Tangled. Anyways Fabby cut my hair into a BOB. I fell asleep when she was brushing out my long hair and when I woke up, I saw horror. I am so devastated, my best friend recommended this salon to me. I will never be returning, I now have to live with this awful haircut or buy expensive wigs. I am unsure of what to do, if anyone has any recommendations for wigs I would appreciate it. Fabby, I hope my sobbing face haunts your dreams. I didn't even get a refund, and there was mildew forming around the windows. The overall vibe of this place is like a horror house.

I have gone to Katelyn Smith a few times. She's so sweet…read morebut she really can't do more than trim hair. I'm ashamed to leave my house. I'm so ugly now that I don't even want my family to look at me. The first perm practically fell out after the first wash. She redid it but expected full pay. I said No. I did pay $20 for the product. Which should have been free. The second perm was with different rods and was so much better but after washing, the longer parts of my hair were very straight. I went in and had her just do a new style on my hair. IT'S THE WORST!! It isn't what I asked for, much shorter (sticking up short). I asked her when I showed her the picture of what I wanted if she could do that style. She said yes. But with my previous perm it would look a bit different. I can't even get my hair in a straight iron to straighten it. She once told me that if she didn't know what she was doing, she would fake it. I do not recommend Katelyn Smith for anything but a trim.

I took my $1,000 worth of I-tip extensions in to be installed by Kylee. I asked her to blend them with my natural hair. She was polite enough, other than telling me repeatedly that I didn't have to go back to her in the future but have my boyfriend learn how to put my extensions in. That was off putting. But not horrible, just odd. However, I will never return to this salon after she absolutely butchered my extensions. I mean, BUTCHERED. She didn't blend them at all. She thinned the extensions out to the point that they don't look thick and full. The extensions are now thin and frayed and it is even more noticeable where the now thin extensions end and my hair starts. It's almost comical. Except that she ruined $1,000 worth of genuine hair extensions. And right before my wedding too. Yikes!
