At the end when she said the charge was $50 I was taken back and asked why so high as it was more than I've ever paid for a fill and I've had them well over 30 yrs. I wound up with half my hair cut off. Not what I asked for. Then she acted like she did me a favor. I went 4 years once without a trim, they barely took 2 inches off. This lady hacked off more than 6 inches and I had gone a few months without a trim. Then after she hacked off my hair she tried to tell me it was for the best. Pretty devastated. Nothing to do pay her and go on with life and I was in shock. "Fixing" it would mean losing more length, so I am stuck in a bun until it grows out enough that I can afford losing some length to make it more flattering. Really crappy considering I am having a whole bunch life events and professional head shots taken and now I won't even look like myself in the photos. Definitely buyer beware on this one.

The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. So, if you are looking for what I like to call 'the summertime sandal makeover', I'd suggest making an appointment somewhere else.
