At the end when she said the charge was $50 I was taken back and asked why so high as it was more than I've ever paid for a fill and I've had them well over 30 yrs. Ryett said it was because she doesn't normally do acrylic and doesn't like doing them,,,, Needless to say I won't be going back!

She was very meticulous when adding color to each layer of hair and her attention to the smallest details was phenomenal. For reference, I have very dark Asian hair so Joanne spent hours ensuring it got as light as I wanted. This was the first time I have gotten so many highlights and I walked out of the salon with a brand new look that I absolutely love and thank Joanne for working with me to get the exact style I wanted. As someone who visits from Seattle, I plan on going back to the Third Floor every time I am in the valley for anything from a cut to more color. The people are amazing and the view from the chairs are unbelievable. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone visiting or living in the Hailey/Sun Valley area.

The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. So, if you are looking for what I like to call 'the summertime sandal makeover', I'd suggest making an appointment somewhere else.
