Sunday afternoon, not so much…read more Sorry the lady was nice at Impressions Hair & Spa but my eyes were allergic to the adhesive/glue/fumes from the extension. somehow I got double conjunctivitis in both eyes. I'm so grossed out. Immediately after I got my eyelashes done, my eyes would not stop watering. I could tell something was wrong wrong because they would not stop burning/watering. I got them done on Sunday by Sunday night I was calling around other eyelash extension places and this lady helped me from butterfly beauty in twin falls. Kudos to her for helping me, she told me to go to the doctor to get my eyes looked at because it wasn't normal. She said to go to the store and get Claritin and see if it was an allergic reaction. So I took the medicine and at least the watering stopped. Monday morning, I woke up to my eyes, matted shut and white thick stuff coming out of my eyes are used eyedrops however it did not work Tuesday morning. I went into my doctor. I paid 120 at impressions hair and spa. & gave the lady a 20$ dollar tip. Just for me to take a trip to the doctor. I'm just sharing my opinion & experience with you. Please be careful.

I was hesitant, but I've been here before and I think since new owners took over, things have been better. I also do not like hitting feeds and for somebody to tell me a different price at the end of the Service. I got Logan as my technician for my pedicure, and my full set. I am satisfied and overwhelmed how beautiful my pedicure and my nails look. I will recommend Logan 100%. He's welcoming an attitude. It's amazing.

Slapping a "Zen Nail Lounge" logo onto another artist's work to mislead customers about your skill level is blatant false advertising. Because of those photos, I expected a high level of quality, but the set I actually received looks incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. Worse than the poor nail job, however, were the hygiene standards. I watched the technician reuse single-use items like nail buffers and files that had clearly been used on previous clients. Reusing disposable tools is a major health code violation and completely unsanitary. Between the deceptive photos and the lack of basic cleanliness, I will not be returning. If you are looking for honest advertising and a clean, sanitary environment, look elsewhere. They also cut cuticles when that is against the law in Idaho. You're allowed to push them back, not cut them.

I got a pedicure and a full set. Wasn't sure what to expect. The pedicure was nice and long. All sorts of scrubs, hot stones & warm towels. The gel still looks great a week later. But then it got weird. A lady came to start my full set while I was in the pedicure chair. Hrmm. I just want my 30 minutes of feet relaxation time. She did not do anything to my nails before she got started. Didn't push cuticles back, or work my nails before she started putting the acrylic on. I was kind of annoyed - but again, didn't know what to expect. Once I got done with my pedicure, I was ushered over to her chair to finish the set. THEN a guy came over to work on one hand while she worked on the other. So, obviously, my nails didn't exactly match up because two different people worked on them. I kept asking them to shorten them, but she responded with "Oh no! This length look natural." I asked for a little bit shorter, and she said "Oh no no!! This good length." They demanded that I do a paraffin dip on my hands even tho I didn't really want to. While I was waiting in the burning wax, the lady started giving me a back massage. INSIDE MY SHIRT. And she said "I do this part for free." Then she asked if she could wax my eyebrows and I told her no. At least she listened to that. So, def. an interesting evening for me. I probably wouldn't book here again. Maybe just for toes. The salon is nice and clean and spacious, but had weird PitBull & Shakira music videos on the whole time I was there.

Absolute worst pedicure I've ever gotten. First started off with the water being freezing cold (she…read moredidn't check nor ask so I had to ask to turn it up a little). Paid extra for a scrub and callus removal that wasn't done and a massage that was less than a minute. When I chose a color she said she couldn't do it so I chose two more which she said they were out of. I asked her to please do two coats and she said she couldn't, not sure why but none the less I didn't say anything else. She started putting a glitter on top so before she put it under the light, I said to not do glitter to just do a top coat and then she lets out a big "ughh!! Oh my god" and throws the polish into her messy cart. To which I said "excuse me that is so rude". Not to mention the unsanitary use of tools... by using a brush on my toes and dipping it back and fourth into a big bottle of acetone, as well as putting all her tools back in her box without cleaning them. Think her name was Nancy not sure but will never go back
