The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. I went in and had her just do a new style on my hair. IT'S THE WORST!! It isn't what I asked for, much shorter (sticking up short). I asked her when I showed her the picture of what I wanted if she could do that style. She said yes. But with my previous perm it would look a bit different. I can't even get my hair in a straight iron to straighten it. She once told me that if she didn't know what she was doing, she would fake it.
