The reason I rate a three is because what the salon offers as a pedicure, is not what I expect from a pedicure. They do not have the professional foot-baths and do not scrub and/or massage your feet. They only use a plastic tub and solution, then trim and paint your nails. Which should have been free. The second perm was with different rods and was so much better but after washing, the longer parts of my hair were very straight. I went in and had her just do a new style on my hair. IT'S THE WORST!! It isn't what I asked for, much shorter (sticking up short). I asked her when I showed her the picture of what I wanted if she could do that style. She said yes. But with my previous perm it would look a bit different. I can't even get my hair in a straight iron to straighten it. She once told me that if she didn't know what she was doing, she would fake it. I took my $1,000 worth of I-tip extensions in to be installed by Kylee. I asked her to blend them with my natural hair. She was polite enough, other than telling me repeatedly that I didn't have to go back to her in the future but have my boyfriend learn how to put my extensions in. That was off putting. But not horrible, just odd. However, I will never return to this salon after she absolutely butchered my extensions. I mean, BUTCHERED. She didn't blend them at all. She thinned the extensions out to the point that they don't look thick and full. The extensions are now thin and frayed and it is even more noticeable where the now thin extensions end and my hair starts. It's almost comical. Except that she ruined $1,000 worth of genuine hair extensions. And right before my wedding too. Yikes!
