This place is friendly but their service is terrible. They kept adjusting my mom's chair after she adjusted it to be comfortable for her. Then they kept moving her chair adjustments around and turning on the massager after she told them she doesn't like it. The picture is of my nails. He cut and filed my nails terribly and didnt scrub or use callus remover Iike we paid for. We paid for the top pedicure, and they barely did anything. The massage was nonexistent. They rubbed the lotion on, used the hot rocks for 2 seconds, and the wiped our legs down with a hot cloth....that is it. I asked for a manicure at the beginning of the service, but when they started my mom's, she asked about me. They gave her lotion and told her to rub it in her own arms. They only did her fingers, no soaking or anything. They charged her FULL price! They told me they didnt have time, and should have asked sooner. When we explained we did, they told me they were just to busy, and the guy probably didnt hear me. I will NEVER go back. This was a terrible experience and both of our heals and feet feel like nothing had been done to them. They for sure did not use callus remover that we paid for, both ofnour feet are rough and dry. My husband even asked me what happened when he saw my feet. I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

Henry was nice ,establishment very clean but I asked for an overlay due to nails breaking toward cuticle. I was charged 50.00 then I did it again in 2 1/2 weeks and then I asked to remove the overlay which he didn't want to and insisted to leave it on another week. I usually do a French but this time I chose a pink polish the polish was old lumpy and I brought it to his attention. He said that's just the way it is. It looks fine. I didn't like it and I told him again it doesn't look right it looks lumpy. He totally ignored me. I called three days later and asked to get an appointment so I can get it removed and get a fresh polished done because it looks hideous. He proceeded to tell me that he's going to charge me an extra $25 to remove it and then it's on his menu and there's nothing I can do about it. I don't think that customers are important to bc nails. So disappointed my nails look real bad.... read more

The spa is clean and comfortable, and they have made some recent updates to the nail stations to improve the experience. I'm sure the only positive reviews on here are those that are their "loyal" customers. I have attempted twice to give them a chance, this evening I called earlier in the day she said, the only appointment they had was for 6 PM. I explicitly stated it was for nail dip, removal and dip. I came in at 5;50, unable to go another salon, one of the gentleman comes and says "I don't know if we can match your dip" and I said, "no it's a removal and new dip" And he said, "well it's very expensive here" I asked what is expensive, over $100 he said, "Yes, you might want to go somewhere else." I am not a big reviewer of salons as there are a lot of variables - however, I felt this service was so terrible that I should let others know. This is the first pedicure I have had after a long winter lol. I picked a $45 dollar service that included an "extended foot massage" - mine was all of ten seconds. Luan provides the best pedicures, I've had two now, I've been all over town, but won't go anywhere else now. I was able to go during the day during the week, so not too crowded, plenty of time taken, I'm really pleased and will be back. read more

$35 for what they call a basic pedicure that lasted 15 minutes and is a basic polish change. They push hard to up sell. Water to soak feet was cold. Could have done what they did myself. Go somewhere else. On a good note massage chairs are wonderful. read more

I usually don't review nail salons but this place makes you wait forever even if you booked an appointment. Their designs are just not that good and they cut you and leave bubbles in your acrylics . They are somewhat friendly but if they in a mood honey they can give a rats ass about you and your feelings on the work they did . read more

This was my first time here and it will be my last. The place is clean but I don't like their check in system where I have to basically create an account and give my info. Second they did a a pretty bad job the nails were bumpy and the edges were not smooth by my cuticles. I seriously was ashamed of showing people my hands after I left this place. I haven't even gone anywhere else because I'm worried about another bad experience. To top it off the prices were on the higher side so I basically flushed my $55 down the drain. I went in for a pedicure & asked for a simple design on my toe nails I even asked the guys if they knew how to do nail art they said yes and the pictures speak for themselves. I am really upset and I feel I got over charged they do have new nails tools but they don't use gloves and use your feet water to clean the tools on each nail. I honestly think my niece or nephew could of done better with black lines I ended up getting charged almost 85$ Do not come here for nail designs ask for a women the men only do plain nails!! They do a decent job cleaning your heels and toes but I felt they should of done more scrubbing for how much I ended up getting charged they charge extra for each design on each nail! Their really pricey I don't recommend going there. Go to the spa or a better nail technician. read more

Completely unprofessional. Made an appointment by phone, their automated system made a mistake and when we showed up they told us they were full and that the appointment issue was our fault. Wouldn't even consider or own their mistake. They attempted to send me a text from their system in front of me and it never came through so they told me I gave them a bad phone number. I've been going here off and on since they opened. Well I went in on 7/13/21 for a fill. Now my nails were pretty long so they need to be shortened. Jay took out the nail clippers to shorten them, you NEVER use clippers on acrylic. The way they have their barrier up you really can't see what they're doing. When it was all done he shortened my nails so much I don't really have any free edge left. Then he charged my an extra $15 for fixing 5 nails. He didn't fix them, just probably fixed the acrylic that he cracked. I picked out a purple color but my nails are blue, which I hate blue fingernails. Super disappointed! read more

Do not honor appointments. An appoint was made by phone with a female who did not speak English clearly. However, the usual booking questions were asked and answered: what services were being requested, day, time, and she asked if I wanted gel or regular polish. An appointment was made for the following day for a mani and a pedi with gel polish. She confirmed my phone number. I am a regular customer so my phone number is in there system. After driving 17 miles and arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was told there was no appointment made. There was no accommodations made to honor my appointment at all. read more

Amazing service, I called and made an appointment and I was about 25 min late and they were very understanding and helped me right away. I got a gel mani and it was an actual mani!! I loved how clean everything was, all of the tools she used were fresh from a sanitized almost surgical bag. The women who did my nails didn't talk a ton but she just got the job done and wonderfully at that. Unlike other salons they had their prices written down so you knew exactly what you were getting.
