I went in and showed him a picture of the nails I wanted (almond clear pink attached in pictures below) and asked him how much, he said max 55-60$ gave me the wrong shape, I corrected him he said I change my mind too much and if I wanted that shape I had to pay extra I let it go and let him do whatever shape he wanted. They ripped off my old nails which was incredibly painful, and when I went to pay for those "nails" they gave me I was already incredibly upset seeing the results, I look down at the card reader and he secretly put in 70$ without telling me. Yes they tried to charge me 70$ for that. I asked why when he told me a different price at the beginning and he changed it to 65$. This is what 70$ gets you at KB nails and spa :) read more

Horrible. I wasn't Expected to be blown away just because im from Seattle and I'm sure in a small city like this a good nail tech is probably hard to find. But I expected to at least not come out this nail shop with lumpy nails, a cut to my cuticles and just a very crappy job overall.. customer service was horrible when she cut me didn't even ask me if I was OK just tried to stop the blood. I had to give one star to at least get this out. I didn't appreciate having gel nails pushed on me. They asked me five times and in very clear English, I said no thank you also. They need to take better care of the instruments they use for cuticle care. Theirs were so dull he was actually just pulling the skin, not cutting it. Been going to KB for roughly a year and seen many changes in employees. It went from friendly people to rude people who act like there are no other choices in town to get pedicures Yesterday I went there for a pedicure and got a lousy pedicure which 12 later my toe nails stuck to my bed sheets because the polish didnt cure But the icing on the cake was the employees where coughing and not wearing masks. They did ok with my toe nails. while doing my toes the girl doing my nails asked if I wanted my hands done. it was not busy so I decided to do my fingernails. basically, all they did was polish them. There was no cuticle work or preparation at all. just a very quick polish. they also went up in price. not worth the increase in price read more

There was no one else in the salon, I just wanted a gel polish change. It was the sloppiest work I've ever received and I got cut. The polish job was horrible and I ended up trying to fix it when I got home. Top coat was just slapped on and you can see it running all over my nails. Polish was not applied to my entire nail. Salon was visibly dirty and tools used on me were not clean. You can see through the polish and it is already chipping, same day of service. Wish I had kept my ugly color. If I could give no stars I totally would. So disappointed in the service I got. I would recommend & Rave about this place to anyone I knew. but lately the service was just not it at all. I had a preferred technician but she no longer works there. so the OWNER did my nails & I wanted a removal and new set of acrylic nails she started off by taking a new tip and sliding it under trying to lift & literally yanking off each nail one by one. No soak off or anything. Once they were off she glued new tips on super crooked didn't even care because she was on the phone half the time. I asked her multiple times if she could make them even but just ignored me i figured she was annoyed by the end I even had to ask her for some cuticle oil because they were cut & bloody and so sore. I still had to come home and file them to make them some what even. I was there for not even an hour. So disappointed read more

The cost of $50.00 for a fill is outrageous!!!! I was NOT impressed at all. I had to ask3 times to get my nails shortened. I ask to have the backs cleaned and NO he did not understand. Kim did a great job today with my pedicure and manicure. Exfoliation was wonderful and do was the leg massage!

My sister & I just wanted to go get our toes done for a sister day since I am freshly post partum & don't get out much. We waited for a while mind you, the establishment was empty, little confusing but no biggy. Then we get seated & I tell the lady my water was too hot & she proceeded to push my foot into the water & was very very rough & everything she did was very minimal effort. Then she painted & I picked out a pastel purple & she did one coat & then closed the color & proceeded to grab the clear coat & I said I'd like it darker & she gave me big time attitude. I tried to give benefit of the doubt because I don't know what kind of day she is having. She did one more coat on my big toe & then went to grab the clear again. I told her I'd like it to look like booklet of nails I was able to pick from (because you could see the color way better) & she just proceeded to put the clear on (you could still see my toe nail from under the polish). I didn't want to argue or ruin my outing with my sister so I let it go after multiple attempts. Then when all is said & done I go to pay & astonished at the price of a terrible pedicure. I did not tip because I did not like my service & she tried clicking a 15% tip for me & I said no. She then practically pushed us out the door & wanted us to leave. I then ended up with an infected big toe nail from her trying to rip out an ingrown toenail with what I'm assuming is dirty clippers. Super disappointing. It is a beautiful salon. read more

The salon is very clean and really nice and a majority of the staff are nice. The person I had doing my pedicure must have been new, which was fine as he did okay and asked questions of the other staff as he went along. He was a little rough with filing my nails, but again, he seemed to be new. He also forgot to do the hot stone massage, which I paid for but never received. While disappointing, not worth the 1 star review. What earned the 1 star...I'd give it less if I could was the owner Kim. She was very rude. You would never guess that she wants your business. When my friends and I walked in she acted like we were an inconvenience. When the new guy left the foot spa on scalding hot and I asked her to decrease the temperature she switched it to ice cold. She was angry that I asked her in increase the heat after that. When the new guy was done with my nails and they were ready to paint Kim came over and started painting my nails, hardly saying a word. When she was done she got up and left, never saying anything. Next thing I know she comes back, sits down and cuts a nail on my big toe and when I jerked my foot back in pain and saw blood she claimed that I had an ingrown toenail and it would be better now. 1. I did not have an ingrown toenail. 2. She never consulted with me or asked if it was okay to further cut that toenail. She never filed or cleaned up the gel nail polish she got on my skin. She told me I was done and that I could go. When I complained to the man at the front desk, who happens to be her husband, while seemingly sympathetic, there was no I'm sorry what can we do to make it right. He asked her to come to the front desk and talk with me which she did, only for her to tell me she has 30 years of experience and what she did was right. As a nurse...I know what she did was not right and the way she treated me was uncalled for. I WOULD NOT recommend!!! read more
