They need to accommodate their appointments, I understand they are new owners, but their old clients deserve respect.

Just left this nail salon with my nieces and daughter. First of all, SUPER RUDE. Two, SUPER OVER PRICED!!!! I got a regular (no shellac, gel, just your BASIC) pedicure and it was $27. Not only was her headphones in the whole time but I didn't even get a proper foot scrub to get the callous off my feet (gross, I know! If they would have done a decent job, I wouldn't be here). My massage chair was broken. The massage that usually comes with a pedicure, I didn't get. It felt like she was just sliding her hands up and down my legs. They charged us $19 for POLISH ON LITTLE GIRLS FEET. $19!!! When I asked why it was $19; the lady threw the change at me and walked away. That alone, is ridiculous. I would have happily paid for it, which I did but when you are nasty because you hate your job/having a bad day, you deserve to lose customers. read more

They gave me toe fungus. One of the workers nicked my big toe making me bleed and the next thing you know my toe is infected and looks awful! I'm so embarrassed since I used to have great looking nail beds :( read more

Save your money babes!!! This place is a joke! I called to get a set of acrylics and they told me to go in. When I got there I waited for 20 minutes! While I was waiting another girl walked in and they sat her in right away. When I was finally getting them done he did them very poorly! I paid 37 dollars for this shit of a job. Pay a couple more dollars for better quality nails, that are thick, look like the shape you asked for ( by the way if you get a different shape other than square they will charge 5 dollars extra), and nails that don't bend downward! read more

When I go to Fashion Nails in the mall, I always ask for Justin. He's the most careful, gentle manicurist I've ever been to. Today, when I came in for a simple manicure and nail polish (not gel), he treated me like Queen Cleopatra! He's not too chatty, but he gently guides my hands and fingers from towel to hand dryer, etc. If he ever leaves Fashion Nails, I'm following him to his next salon! I won't go to anyone else to have my nails done--he's as good as it gets. read more

Then while filing off my shellac the woman kept hitting my cuticles with the spinning file. Which of course hurts a lot. Then after that she filed my nails the wrong shape and they were too short to fix. She couldn't even understand what I was saying and had to have someone translate. At this point its been over an hour and she can't understand me at all. Abd after her hurting me and making my nails look terrible I was offered $5 off for my troubles. WARNING This was the WORST experience I have ever had getting a pedicure/manicure in my life. First off they must be to lazy to clean the tub because they use plastic bags to cover the tub to me having just relocated her from California that is extremely Weird/Ghetto... But it gets worse she told me to put my feet in and started filling it with scolding hot water as she was not paying attention to busy talking to a co worker as I got burned. It was rushed the whole time she hurt me numerous times, it's way over priced, and did I say rushed the girl who did my manicure did one coat of polish on my nails. I've come back several times to have my toes done since this review. The last time I went in, they told me the water was shut off- apparently for the whole mall. I then got up to leave but the tech said she could still paint my toes- she just wouldn't be able to wash my feet and scrub off dry skin. I asked what she would be able to do and she stated "everything else." She proceeded to take the old polish off of my toes, while she was talking with the other tech and she missed at least 50% of the nail polish. When I explained she should remove all of it she said she would" file it off." After filing the nails, there was still polish in all of the corners of my toenails. She then proceeded to put on the regular toenail polish over the old polish still on my toes. When I asked her to take it off she said... "Oh it will be fine." I told her not only did I want it removed, but I also wanted a basecoat beneath the regular polish. This seem to irritate her, and she started getting rough with my feet, and made it obvious she wasn't happy about it. After finally taking off the old polish, she again tried to put the polish on my toes without a base coat. When I asked her again to put a base coat on she stated "we don't have any of that." I knew they did because that's how I've always had it. When it was all said and done my toes look like a third grader painted them with polish on the skin of my toes and color that was removed from my toes was all over my feet. The tech stated it was because there was no water to wash it off. Then she proceeded to charge me Full price for a pedicure that I did not get. She simply took off the old polish and put new polish on, charging me full price. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

I know from experience that you may have to wait, even if you have an appointment. I have going for 4 1/2 years now. Nancy does a great job and I recommend her highly. The shop is extremely busy and has a high turn over in employees. Nancy works 11 to 13 hrs every day of the week. They try to be friendly to eveyone. I have not ever heard anyone be rude. They from another country and can be misread at times. I would give 5 stars except for the waiting time. They try to give good service but if you get so many customers at one time there is only so much you can do. Come on people give them a break sometimes and imagine how you would do in the same situation. read more

I got my nails done here the other day and it took an hour an a half. One of my nails had fallen off in which they replaced with a new one.. that was a totally different size and shape then all the rest. Then a week later it fell off. I wanted to keep my nails the coffin shape and she rounded them out into an almond shape instead. And on two of my nails the polish came off. Very nice people but the nails did not come out great for the time it took. read more

I am generally not one to leave bad reviews. This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I will not be returning after yesterday. The nail technician who applied my acrylics argued with me about the length (I need them as short as possible because of my work), which was not surprising because I know that they all do this. While using the machine to smooth the nails, more than once I flinched because of sudden sharp pain. A few minutes later I noticed what appeared to be blood on one of the large emery boards. That was MY blood. When all was said and done, I have four fingers that were injured and bleeding. Just as she was finishing my nails, another woman came in and was brought over to where I was by another employee. The woman who came in had acrylic nails, and she showed the technician that the index acrylic nails on each hand had come off. The technician then started arguing with her that this was definitely not HER work because she didn't "do that style." She started speaking another language to her colleague, and by her facial expressions, I could tell she was bad mouthing the woman who was complaining. Then she abruptly and un-gently pushed my hands away, signifying she was finished, and handed me my bill. I am not even really thrilled with the appearance of my nails. And I still gave her a tip. everytime i go there its disappointing, they are not good. their acrylics are really thick & blocky. & when they do pedicures they dont scrub good enough. they also dont really have conversations with their customers either. wouldnt recommend. read more
