Horrific experience. Two ladies. One without glasses did the waxing. She was extremely painful and when my mom came out she still had a chin full of white hairs and I asked to have them tweezed and she said she had done all she would. When she checked me out she slammed my receipt down on the counter and literally walked away. She didn't even do her job and still charged 25.50 Both ladies were extremely snotty and when we walked in there wasn't even anyone in the shop. After coming here for a few weeks, I've decided to NEVER COME BACK. The last 2 set of nails I got, the ladies didn't even try and didn't even properly do what I asked her. My sister just got her nails done and is beyond upset. The girl who did them (who has done a set of mine before) put nail glue all over my sisters nails and fingers so that her nails "wouldn't fall off". Please, I'm trying to help you and save you money. Second time is the charm to ensure I never go back. First experience: We arrived as walk-ins so I expected to wait to be long before being seated and serviced. She sat my daughter and I immediately as she was still working on acrylics. Thought that was odd but ok. We both had gel from our previous manicures so she left her client to start foil on our nails about 10 mins after seating us. They sat in foil for at least an hour as she continued to take more clients (nails, waxes). I started getting boisterous after 2 hours of patiently waiting for her to go back and forth between us and whoever decided to show up. She finally sat down and didn't get back up after I asked if she was going to do my daughter's nails after mine because we needed to leave. She charged about 26 bucks even though their prices are set on their wall. I figured it was because she had to remove my previous gel. Second experience: I go last week with an appointment, and although the time was less of a hassle because she only went back and forth with one customer, she did charge me 10 dollars more and I didn't have a gel coating to remove. She had a clean slate. They pretty much charge whatever they feel is going to cover their losses and the quality of work means nothing. My gel already started peeling. The same thing happened the first time, it only lasted about two days before it peeled. Horrible!! read more

Went in for three pedicures and it took well over 2 hours. Two is us we're done at the same time the third was skipped twice. Two other people were seen for a pedicure before our third member was even touched. No sanitizing of tools between clients and they made us walk barefoot over to the drying station. Only go here if it's your last resort and you have 2-4 hours to sit. I'm definitely looking for a different place that is more professional and sanitary. I understand they are understaffed but don't take on more work than you can supply. At one time 4 people were waiting for services. Not at all impressed. Never had my feet massaged and the clay mask and sea salt scrub was done before anything else and only on the lower part of my legs, not on my feet at all!!! Why would I want that done first?? Never was a tool used other than the cuticle snippers an emery board and a buffer. My toe nails weren't cleaned nor did she ever massage my feet! Out of town for the weekend and wanted to get a pedicure with my friend. Choose this place at random but wish I would've yelped it prior to my visit. Awful! The fastest pedicure I have ever received and it was the "deluxe" This pedicure comes with a clay mask which was just a smear on the front of your legs, no leg or foot massage, rough hands pulling your feet every which way. This nail salon is awful. I've tried it several times giving it chance after chance and I'm never happy when I leave. Each time, I've had to wait a minimum of 45 minutes. That in itself upset me, each time they had maybe 3-4 customers. I feel like the worst issue of theirs is how pushy they are wanting cash. It clearly states they accept credit cards on their door. I always tip in cash but to be so persistent on making me pay cash to almost push me towards their ATM. Rude. Will NEVER go there again and would never recommend it to anyone. read more

My friend and me were there several a few day ago for pedicures. There is a middle aged man and I heard people call his name Andy. He is extremely rude. He said he was the owner, but when my friend gave tip worker $10, he told the worker that my friend just tipped $ 5. Andy stole $5 tip of the worker. That's too bad. After getting my nails done, I obviously went to pay the bill. The employee asked me if I had cash which I did not. She then proceeded to ask me to use the sketchy ATM machine next to the counter. She said their credit card machine does not have a place for tip (which would be because they don't have the business in the system as a service so they can evade taxes). It's more than obvious here that the owners of this shady establishment are doing everything imaginable to avoid paying taxes. You couldn't pay me to return. read more

I should have read yelp first! It was the most expensive pedicure I've ever paid for. The tools were just out of a box and not obviously sterilized like in an autoclave packet. I had to pay extra for them to use a cheese grater to take the tough skin off my heel. About 10 minutes in my first tech got up and went to work on a manicure with no explanation or WASHING HER HANDS. The second person who came to finish my job kept paying attention to the VIP lady next to me. She got up and left me twice to work on her in the middle of my pedicure without washing her hands ever. After getting fed up for waiting over 5 minutes for her to get back to me, I made the motions of collecting my things to leave because I was NOT going to pay $40 to be ignored, my tech quickly came back and started small talk. The next day the bottom of my foot where the hot stone was is now cracked and bleeding. read more

I was super disappointed in this business. The first time I went I got a full set done. I was pleasantly surprised with how well the nails looked for a walk in salon. I returned 13 days later, this time for a fill and a pedicure. Never in my life have I had such poor service. I was ignored while getting the pedicure, left to just sit in the chair without any explanation as to why she was leaving me there. She didn't ask how I wanted my nails trimmed or shapes, she just went hacking away at them. The pedicure was so much below subpar but I cannot give a rating so low. I was hopeful the service would improve when I went on tog ER my fill done but alas it did not. The tech kept taking calls the entire time she was doing my nails, getting agitated and leaving the salon to chat while I just sat and waited. When she returned, there was no apology but continued poor customer service when she would leave me mid treatment and go work on another patron. By the time I was done my nails looked horrible, the colors were not what I asked for, and my pedicure and fill cost me $85. I would not recommend this place at all due to the poor service, rude staff, and expense for what you pay for. So disappointed. read more

When you realize you should of just listened to the other bad yelp reviews !! I went in for a pedicure and it was okay. They also told me that my eye brows needed done and I need a manicure. Well needless to say I only get a pedicure and my eye brows done. I went back a couple weeks later to get my nails done and the service was completely horrible. I walked in at around 2:25pm and walked out around 2:40 for a gel manicure!!!! And the gel is already coming off , I literally had them done maybe 4 days ago. Horrible ! read more
