After my first set, I wasn't completely thrilled but convinced myself to work with her to get the look I wanted at my next appointment. She even texted me to follow up and touch base until my fill. The day of my scheduled fill she texted me at 12:19 to tell me she was not available that afternoon for my 3:30pm. I told her through text she must not need my business. Her shop is clean and comfortable yet falls extremely short in integrity. :( :( :(
