When choosing a place for my hair to be done, I look for a salon that uses quality products, communicates well with customers, and has a readily available portfolio of work. Reflections fits the bill on all three accounts and Coreen did an exceptional job on my cut and color. For me, walking in to my appointment, I knew I wanted to chop off quite a bit of hair and lighten up while still keeping the ability to put it up but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. Coreen looked at my hair and my requests and went to work! With amazing skill, she changed my look in a matter of hours and it looks amazing! I have gone here a handful of times. I always had Alexis do my hair and absolutely loved the care she took of my hair. I was told that she left and so when I went I had a new hairstylist. She was nice, but she messed my hair up soo badly. I asked for just some side bangs, light layering, and just a trim. I came out of this with chopped layers, almost 2 inches off my hair , and bangs that are cut almost all the way back to my ears. I am completely devastated. I was not able to see the damage that she did as she gave my hair a blowout to hide all the mistakes. Now I have to call another salon to see if there's any way to salvage it without needing to chop it to a bob. I'm absolutely mortified that this has happened. I will not be going back. read more

We are 1/2 year RVer's and I count on Yelp for my monthly spa day. Once again I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and professional. Amy did a fabulous job highlighting, touching up my color, and trimming my hair. She also took care of my nail, gel nails and pedicure. Came away feeling good, as I should. In Mt Home visiting from out of town and in that head space where you just have to get your hair cut even if you have to cut it yourself, which is how I dealt with it a few months ago. Decided to chop more this time and after reading the positive review on here for Coreen at Reflections Salon I easily booked an appointment with the front desk. It's been a long time since I needed a new stylist so I was nervous when I walked in. Seeing the place buzzing with stylists and clients getting what seemed to be really nice styles done I was more at ease. Coreen talked expectations and looked at my inspo pics then got to work. 30 mins later no joke, my hair was just like if not better then the photos. I had the worst experience with Veronika here. I have brown curly hair and wanted to go blonde. I know going blonde takes a toll on your hair but she completely killed it. She wasn't even focused on me because she decided she would do another clients hair at the same time. During the process I told her my scalp was stinging and she didn't do anything about it. When I left I had parts of my hair that looked more blue and others that looked more orange. I assume that it's because she didn't mix the dyes in correctly. She noticed it through the mirror when I pointed it out and she simply said that she couldn't notice it when directly looking at it. To top it all off she blow dried my hair and kept putting heat directly on my scalp that already felt raw from the stinging I felt earlier. I asked for a refund and she refused. She well overpriced it for the horrible job she did. It was a waist of $300. And now I have to spend more money trying to get products to heal my hair and just hope it grows in quicker so I can cut off all the damage. Do not recommend this place at all.. read more
