I came out of this with chopped layers, almost 2 inches off my hair , and bangs that are cut almost all the way back to my ears. I am completely devastated. I was not able to see the damage that she did as she gave my hair a blowout to hide all the mistakes. Now I have to call another salon to see if there's any way to salvage it without needing to chop it to a bob. I'm absolutely mortified that this has happened. I will not be going back.
