I came on a Sat around 11am and the place was packed. Someone must have just told a wildly funny joke because the whole place was laughing when i walked in. The vibe is akin to a 1900's saloon except they're serving haircuts instead of whiskey. Cowboys, raucous banter and the smell of shaving cream. It's a hot spot. You come in take your seat and wait your turn. This can be a little confusing when there are 15 people waiting but the process works well. I got a great haircut and they even do an old fashion straight razor shave of your neck when your done. They have two locations. The 2nd location seems less crowded but location #1 is a must visit just for the experience and the kitsch!

However, as he proceeds to cut my sons hair he stops mid-way to make some sort of a phone call to his lawyer. Unbelievable! Left him sitting in the chair for at least 15 minutes, mid way mind you so I couldn't even gather us up and leave. The lack of professionalism was appoling. I was beyond super disappointed in the business aspect of the establishment. The hair cut was great! Best he's ever had. However, not worth the horrible service in my opinion. The vibe seemed chill had I not been so heated over that 20 minute intersession.

They constantly cancel appointments or make it hard to make an appointment and so you pay for months with no haircut. Then when you cancel your monthly "subscription" they charge you for one more month for good measure. I tried to call the salon to get a refund and was given the run around for over two weeks with people promising I would get a call back. I asked for a refund for only the one month of service due to not being able to get in and having our appointment cancelled again for over the 10th time. I called a total of 5 times in 2 and a half weeks trying to find out what was going on. One of those times I talked to a manager who said she would talk to the owner and call me back. I didn't discuss the situation with anyone else I spoke too. Today the owner calls me back and starts off the conversation with telling me I have been hostile by calling the salon a few times and he had talked to his lawyer about me. Then he was saying I was always rude, only this is the first time he has ever talked to me. He wouldn't even discuss the situation since he claimed I was always rude. He must be an expert on that since he only knows how to be rude. We wasted SOOOOOOOOO much money with this company and I highly recommend you find a good local barber who knows how to treat their clients and give them what they paid for. Funny I asked for a refund out of principal for their bad customer service and he decided he needed a bad review more for that $27.
