if you're an old woman on their way out this is the perfect salon for you. couldn't count how many…read moregrannies in wheel chairs came in while i was getting my hair done. not going to name names because im not into ruining careers, but the lady that did my hair was horrible. ranted about politics the whole time and even mentioned "those transgender people" and how she couldn't believe that laws were made to protect them. also cut my hair 3 inches shorter than what i asked and couldn't cut simple side bangs, and styled it like i was fresh out of a 50s blowout salon. also she mentioned how gross my hair color was and asked what i did to get it this way when it was my natural blonde. i guess you get what you pay for cause the cut was $40. this place may be perfect for some people but definitely not for me.

It was my daughter's 1st haircut. 30 minutes later no one had gotten me and I was getting ready to leave. Sylists had been standing around chatting the whole time. A staff member came up and asked me if I was getting a cut for my daughter. I stated I had booked a cut for her and myself and was told "I know, we're trying to figure that out now." What? I booked 2 days ago, why is it being figured out now? Also, kind of rude reply, but whatever. A few minutes later a very nice stylist came and asked my daughter if she wanted a haircut. I mentioned I had wanted to go first so my daughter could see and was basically told no. So we went back to get my daughter's hair cut. About 15 minutes later another stylist came and grabbed me. So 45 minutes after my appointment time, my haircut started. I missed seeing my daughter get her first haircut and no one ever apologized or explained why there was a delay. The stylists were all nice, but I don't think there's much in the way of organization present at this salon. And the communication was terrible. I sincerely regret coming here.
