Everything went well and we booked another appointment for next month. I was pleased now that I found a hairstylist I could count on getting my hair trimmed each month. This the reason why I am giving one star is what I thought was unprofessional was she called me back a week later stating that she wasn't excepting any new clients but could refer me to another hair stylist. My question is why did she accept my 1st hair appointment and secondly why did she schedule for next month. I am 71 years old and never had a hairstylist treat me that way.

But Johnathan has been nothing less then a miracle. He listens when it comes to your fears and concerns and takes the time to explain and educate and ALWAYS delivers.
