Very smart and kind people, I loved just getting to yap with them all session long. My hair turned out beautiful, and although it was a bleach straw, both of the times that I walked out of the salon my hair actually felt healthier. Let me preface this with the fact that I AM VERY PICKY ABOUT MY HAIR! If it's not the way I want it or it isn't working for me IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! I've been to several salons in Redding and was very disappointed. Once they screw up my hair I'm outta there! I started to go to Heidi over 15 years ago and have never been disappointed. She's always open to my ideas and tells me if what will work with my hair and what won't(she's always right on). I've had my hair short-long, different colors , permed, highlighted and even with extensions. I often have several friends, co-workers and even people on the street compliment my hair! And then about 8 years ago I started having MichellE do my nails. She works with me on my schedules and manages to get me in for a repair here and there. It's the same with her- I bring in pictures and ideas and she's able to replicate them. I often get complimented on my nails too! I also like the other gals that work in the salon. They are very friendly and happy and get a long without the drama that other shops have. I've watched them all do hair on guys and gals of all ages and they do great work! Many have been there longer than I've been going to the shop and that speaks volumes to me. The salon is always clean and I never have to worry whether things are sanitary like some places I've gone to. I'm very happy at Exsalonce and will always go there as long as I'm in Redding( maybe even after- they're that good!) read more

I totally love this salon! The owner, Heidi has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for many years. She is so professional and personable. She always offers top of the line hair products and has them available in the salon. I would never go anywhere else. All the ladies in there are as nice as can be and always make me feel so welcome. As far as i am concerned the quality of the this salon is top notch and out does any other salon I have been to in the Redding area. My previous hair stylist closed her salon, and I was left high & dry without a stylist. Heidi came highly recommended, and agreed to take me on as a regular client, which was great! I appreciate being able to get in and out quickly if I need to. Heidi does a fabulous dry cut and quick style for those of us busy gals with limited time. And during these times of Covid, their salon does a great job keeping things clean and safe for everyone. Kudos to Exsalonce! read more

Upscale salon, friendly gals. Hair, nails and pedicures are amazing there, the pedicure is a private single area in back away from prying eyes, they offer a Nail Lounge as well as have a nail tech in front. All the gals are creative and willing to do what they clients love and offer suggestions. Just a great place to go and have a relaxing, stress free zone and be pampered. read more
