When I first arrived, I was greeted promptly and kindly by the receptionist and was given a beverage and offered a cookie. Kerri came to get me shortly thereafter and gave me a tour of the salon. We spoke about what I wanted done with my hair, and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. My hair was very long and thick, and I cut off about 13 inches. I got blonde highlights and a bob haircut. I can imagine it was a challenge with the thickness of my hair, but it came out really nicely. My favorite part of the experience there was the room where your hair was washed. It was dimly lit with soft music, and each client was given a scalp massage. It was very relaxing. My stylist spent a long time working on my super thick hair, and I was really grateful for her not making me feel rushed. After my hair was styled, the receptionists and other stylists gave me nice and sincere compliments and made me feel really beautiful with my drastic change. Overall I can't say enough positive things about this salon and my stylist.
