In the past, the rushed time even left me with residual wax, but I didn't complain. They also raised the price recently and it's now $61 excluding tip. Meanwhile, a competitor I've tried has been on time 100% of the time, so it's clearly possible. The delays here cost me extra parking fees, push back other commitments, and cause anxiety when I can't make work meetings. With no Wi-Fi and terrible reception, I can't even do anything productive while waiting. Time is money. During my last visit on 8/8, I was told Sesha would be 5 minutes late... then 10... then maybe another 5, before being told I should consider another specialist or reschedule. REALLY? EWC cancels my appointment if I'm 5 minutes late, yet doesn't hold itself accountable for being on time. How is that customer-centric?

Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

I've…read morebeen here multiple times, they're always late, even if you request and book a specific person you still won't get that person, today I saw Alex and he was rude, physically agressive with me throughout every step of the process (and got increasingly physcially aggressive whenever I asked him to file my nails down more or just had anything to say), argued with me about what I wanted to have done (I just asked him to add more white to my french tip, nothing major, but he also argued about several other things too) and he kept not doing it and rolling his eyes and saying "it's fine" to avoid fixing any finger, wouldn't use the base pink I wanted cause he liked a different one better, cut two of my fingers pretty bad (I got no discount from the injuries), and I paid probably 15-20$ extra just for a chrome finishing layer and you can barely see it so I asked for more to be put on and he also put up a fight about that. I would go again MAYBE if I could request anyone other than Alex, but they don't respect pretty much any requests here. Paying nearly 100$ for a color, shape, and design that I communicated I wasn't happy with several times and leaving with two bleeding fingers is crazy.

Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy.
