Tyler was friendly and easy to talk to and I explained I had a work event that night and I was hoping he could style it so it would last for that. It was a steal and Tyler was lovely. Definitely will go back.

I was able to get a receptionist on the phone but because she was new was unable to assist. I was directed to contact the individual hairdressers via Instagram. This required me to follow their page before I could message them. Really, really inefficient. In the meantime, I was able to locate another salon and hairdresser via Vagaro and book an appointment. These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it. It is a hurdle/challenge to just get an appointment. I am sure these people are nice and are probably good at what they do.

DO NOT GO BY AMY!!!!!!!!!! What a rude and inconsiderate human being. For someone who looks like…read morethat... she needs to make up for it by at least having decent customer service. I don't get my hair done very often, this was only my third time getting my hair done and I unfortunately booked with her for a wedding I had. First of all, I got to my appointment on time, and her friend who also works at the salon asked for a quick blowout, so she took her and wasted 10 minutes of my appointment. Secondly, I have naturally curly hair and blow dried it but my roots curled up as usual. She spent 10-15 minutes lecturing me about how my hair isn't properly blow dried, and that she can't work on it. I had also brought extensions THAT WERE ALREADY STRAIGHTENED. She told me to pick another hairstyle that "would take less time." So in the end, I had to change my hairstyle, she put TWO pieces of extensions in, and my hair fell out in maybe an hour. When I asked around about her a few days later, I found out a bunch of other girls had a similar experience, specifically with her rude service. Definitely never coming here again, or reccomending her to anyone.

She did not only get my hair down to the lightest color possible, but gave me advice and made a plan with me how to keep my hair healthy and get to the color I want. I will for sure be going back to her for touch ups and hair treatments. The salon was clean , spacious and all the girls there seemed very nice which was a plus top the experience

I'm the type of person who waits entirely too long between haircuts, mainly because of anxiety and…read morethe fact that I'm not very good at making appointments. But I'm supposed to go to a concert tomorrow night, and I really didn't want to show up feeling like a complete geriatrics patient! So today, I literally just "walked in" to this incredible salon, The Hot Seat, without an appointment--and I'm SO glad I did! I was greeted by a very nice lady who, at 5pm, assured me that there was enough room for me. I was then taken care of by two beautiful women, Mariam and Tiffany, and not just one but BOTH of them went to work on my hair. I walked in basically asking for a "Farrah Fawcett," and they absolutely delivered, only better! I've had plenty of haircuts over the years, and while a fresh haircut always feels good, my hair has never felt this good when I've walked out of a salon. It feels bouncy, balanced, light, and somehow just...RIGHT! When I caught my reflection in my car window, I literally thought, "OMG! No way!" I have never been this delighted with a haircut before in my life! When I got home, my family was happily impressed, and my husband not only noticed but was pleasantly surprised-which actually says a lot! And the best part? I was a walk-in! They took me right in, washed my hair with a shampoo made for the Gods, then cut and dried it, and all for an extremely competitive price. They totally made me feel like a rock star! Maybe I will actually get dressed up for the concert after all. Thank you so much, ladies! Mariam and Tiffany, you made my day--and gave me a haircut I absolutely LOVE!
