Took a Lyft at 9:40 a.m. since the hotel front desk didn't recommend walking (thought it opened at 9:00 on Friday but it opens at 10:00). They kindly fit us into their busy schedule. I can't go based on any work because he did nothing…read more I went in for a consultation, it was such a weird vibe. It was quiet (no music) and no customers. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well.
