I can't go based on any work because he did nothing…read more I went in for a consultation, it was such a weird vibe. It was quiet (no music) and no customers. Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. I figured, if I'm going to spend $3-400 somewhere... I'd rather not spend it there thank you Looking at there reviews.. maybe they just don't serve latinas. Idk. ‍

I'm used to my stylist calling me first just to make sure I feel comfortable with another person styling my hair. The front desk was courteous and professional. Tamara, my stylist was very professional and took good care of me. Took about 6 inches off my hair per my request. My first reaction was too much hair product because my hair felt sticky and I didn't like the way my hair was styled. I normally put a beach wave using a flat iron and light hairspray. I came home brushed out the product and restyled. Overall, the cut isn't bad and the service was professional.

I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 20 years and never have I found a Salon that I adored everything about! Katrina is amazing ...I have a very special event coming up this week (my 10year wedding anniversary) and she made sure I was on the books and then just blew me away with my gel nail and pedicure!
