Nicole was on time, super-sweet and had a great energy about her. She asked several questions to help her customize my session. It was my first massage in over a year due to COVID and I had a lot of tightness and built up tension. I have to say that Nicole gave me one of the best massages I have had in a long while. I feels worlds better after just the one session. Her pressure was perfect and she made the absolute most out of the session. I arrived a bit early and waited for about 10 minutes until I met GeAnn. I had been sitting outside of unit 4, but she asked me to wait in a different area, which is when I realized she has two rooms. At first, my impression was that she wasn't particularly friendly--she didn't smile and seemed a bit cold. However, I have to say that her massage was excellent! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked through a lot of the tension and knots I had. By the end of the session, when I paid her, I finally saw a smile.
