I told her it was a Note 9 thinking this would suffice and she doesn't need to touch my phone. She repeated let me see it. I repeated it's a Note 9. She then gets a bad attitude, STARES me down and responds to me with a very nasty tone. I respond by telling her to not get an attitude. Obviously upset I must have been pretty loud because the other customers and salespeople are looking at me. I then go on a rant about the poor customer service in this store each time I come to this particular store. I had even stopped and drove the almost 1 hour to Louisville each time I needed something. My advice to the sales people in this store is that if you don't have the customer service skills - which Kelsey displayed that she does not have - then choose another career field. Nobody wants to pay for service and get treated badly! I DEFINITELY DO NOT AND WILL NOT!! So get it together KELSEY!!!

Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.

A fully functional trencher of that size should get a minimum of one foot a minute. Called HD and they said they'd call me back. They refused to refund simply because the machine started up. I spent the next 4 days calling. THREE DIFFERENT MANAGERS told me they would call me back and all three failed. Every manager refused to listen to the voicemail unless I would drive the 1.5 hour back and let them hear it. I finally got through to Brenda, who must just be impotent because all she did was give me back $58- but only if I would make the drive all the back again to get it. Thank you AT&T Elizabethtown, for making me feel prioritized as a customer. *** i highly recommend making an appointment- to avoid wait time.(if you're in a hurry or lack patience) **** Brandi is wonderful.- so kind and upbeat she is truly knowledgeable and makes the experience so enjoyable and pleasant... which is not what most would expect from a wireless company!!! You can request her upon arrival but also when making appointments! You will not be disappointed! Plus, she is easy on the eyes, if you know what I mean She even went as far as to allow us to FaceTime her off the clock to help with our internet setup and went out of her way to contact us afterwards to make sure that we were pleased with our new business internet service (we are more than pleased) Our business is very new , we went in not knowing what to expect... but she made our transition to a business account top tier!!! She answered every question that we had (we questioned everything, lol) and put our anxieties to rest as we stepped in to our future endeavors! Our business is thriving and we owe great thanks to Brandi and her contributions ( and lots and lots of hard work, we were a lot to deal with ) Thank you Brandi and thank you Elizabethtown AT&T. If there were a way to give more than a five star review, I would!!!! Customer service is sadly so disappointing nowadays- People lack integrity and empathy- However, that could not be more opposite of every single one of our in store experience at this store and working with this pretty gal (both brains and beauty ...what a rarity) Loving my 17 pro max and iPad Pro! I'll be back for that ultra 3

To assist store managers stood for 20 minutes, telling me they needed a passport from the United States government to service my cell phone plan. I have been with AT&T for 14+ years with my business. This is absolutely unacceptable. I only give a one star rating because there's nothing less and would give a -10 if it were available. Whoever the store manager is at this location, really needs to get a handle on things. There were a couple new employees in training that were super nice and accommodating but overall it is very hard to get help here. I thought it was ironic that the assistant manager said that the only thing they could do was allow me to pay a bill. Maybe they will get a real business plan together soon. I don't know how in the world they keep their clientele.
