I went to T-Mobile in Elizabethtown KY to purchase a charger on yesterday. Kelsey was the clerk directed to assist me. After telling her what I needed she asked to see my phone. I told her it was a Note 9 thinking this would suffice and she doesn't need to touch my phone. She repeated let me see it. I repeated it's a Note 9. She then gets a bad attitude, STARES me down and responds to me with a very nasty tone. I respond by telling her to not get an attitude. Obviously upset I must have been pretty loud because the other customers and salespeople are looking at me. I then go on a rant about the poor customer service in this store each time I come to this particular store. I had even stopped and drove the almost 1 hour to Louisville each time I needed something. My advice to the sales people in this store is that if you don't have the customer service skills - which Kelsey displayed that she does not have - then choose another career field. Nobody wants to pay for service and get treated badly! I DEFINITELY DO NOT AND WILL NOT!! So get it together KELSEY!!! read more

the guy in there with the long beard was extremely rude . don't know how long he's been there but when my girlfriend went to buy a new phone, his service was absolutely horrible. he didn't provide any help about any of the phones , didn't provide information about the differences in the phones , phones being iphone 15s and 14s, and he was plain rude from the start . this establishment really needs to look into who they're hiring to do business . just plain unacceptable and unprofessional read more

This issue is with store manager: How hard is it to have a good customer service focused team, Mr. Manager? Difficult if you don't lead by example. How is it that after 30 minutes of standing around, seconds just before the gentleman at the desk could say:"how may I help you?" A lady walks in (with whom you spoke before granted) and without even saying a word, she goes right into the front of the line....because you put her there! Not even the courtesy of saying: "Do you mind if we...." whatever, come up with a corny excuse but, have the decency of politeness. At least pretend you're from Kentucky! Aggravated sir, yes I am. Today my husband and I switched from 13plus years with Verizon to TMobile. In short, TMobile offers a plan that fits our needs to a "T" and doesn't break the bank with hidden fees and taxes. The price you pay is the price you pay. We were helped by Jay (Muniz-Garcia). His customer service and professionalism were superb. He walked us through the purchase of IPhone 11s, and then he seamlessly transferred our data from old to new in short order. He was funny and engaging, but what rang true the most was his competency in his job. Our first impression of TMobile is a good one, thanks to Jay. bad thing about T-mobile is if you are out of the "service area" you have no phone service - period! Doesn't roam - doesn't search for towers - nothing, if you are lost - too bad. If you are traveling - too bad... you can be standing next to a tower that is not t-mobile with no service and there is nothing you can do about it! For us, just wondering in our small area - we only have cell service about 40% of the time... read more
