Completed a tech service with Comcast in Elizabethtown, KY on June 2,2021. We were having a problem…read morewith one of our TV cable boxes. Made an appointment for the visit. The waiting times have changed to a three hour window. Ours was between 1-3pm. The tech, Nicholas Anderson arrived at 1:30. He diagnosed our problems and was able to fix all of the problems. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why he needed to perform the various tasks. We were very happy with Comcast and with Mr. Anderson. For us Comcast provided great service.

Needless to say..THEY LIED..no one can explain why my bill is 30.00 more than it should be either. Jayden the E-town KY office/store refused to honor it. Jayden said I was not eligible for another because I was not a new customer..but if I called the call center ( which is in a foreign country) they could set me up but I would then have 2 accounts to pay for. What kind of business is that??? Offer campaigns to allow lower prices for customers and then refuse to honor it...the campaign does not specify that the offer was for new accounts only. You are allowing your customer service reps to get away with shoddy and bad service because you just friggin don't care. If COMCAST offers a campaign and sends out mailers and have commercials stating this...WHY AREN'T YOU HONORING IT??? IF YOU OFFER A CAMPAIGN THEN STAND BY IT. I would be amazed to have someone actually care enough to respond to me or handle this!...but I won't hold my breath.
