He seems to have a great deal of state-of-the- art tools and equipment, seemingly brand new, very much unused. His turn-around time is atrocious. I gave him my laptop to repair, quoting what I'd be willing to pay and, coincidentally, that is exactly the amount (ok, he tried to disguise it by making it a few pennies less) and even remarked about the 'coincidence') which he charged me. Just under $100.00 He REPLACED my hard drive. Not a repair as far as I'm concerned. He gave some lame, fictitious, very convoluted and unclear condition which was the problem. (I'm no dummy about computers, but I took it to him feeling he was the expert beyond my capabilities.) I myself have ''repaired' several computers by replacing the HD, and in most cases that will fix the problem, but I had hoped his experience and training(?) may lead to a better solution. (and cheaper) The HD he installed, had virtually nothing on it in the way of software. The existing HD on mine was Win 8.1 and he installed Win 7 (which if given a choice I Iike better, but not the point) and what is worse, it apparently is a pirated copy of that OS, and now I'm haunted with a plethora of demands from MS to get an authorized copy or authorize this one. I'll leave it that his pretentious attitude and the affectations that went with it almost forced me to double-up in Bwahahahahahahahaha laughter or to vomit and couldn't decide which was more apt, so I paid the man and left.

The selection of home decor, crafts, and seasonal items was impressive and everything felt well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had a question about where to find a specific item. Overall it was a relaxing shopping trip and I left with everything on my list plus a few extra things I did not plan on getting. Definitely a great place to shop for crafts and home projects.

BUT!!! this is 2025 and why don't have registers have a way to use a scan gun to make it quicker? This typing it in and looking for pricing is crazy. Also why is it your cashiers always look so unhappy NEVER smile, say Thank you or ask for you to return? They look like they don't want to be there. Went in and it's crazy busy and all the cashiers looked pissed off... For a Christian based business you would think the people who work there would be happier. I will keep shopping there however they need to speed up the checkout process and have a separate one for returns that has some there that knows how to do it.

Hello this is my honest opinion about this Mattress Firm location, I have given them three stars…read morejust because the manager helped the first time around. These Mattresses are supposed to last us 10 years and we are only getting about 5 - 6 years out of the ones we have purchased. we bought a mattress from them several years ago, the process was pretty easy they even hauled our old mattress a way for $50. We had this mattress for about two years and had to file a claim first they made us do a string test and they tried to refuse to replace the mattress, we contacted the manager at the time and she got it fix pretty fast, apparently one of the boards in the box spring had a knot in it and broke which was causing the Mattress to sag, however my lower back was causing me a lot of pain. They sent out a new mattress, we had that one for about 5 years and our lower backs and hips were hurting so bad. we ended up shopping around and some how made our way back to mattress firm and ended up buying a new mattress again from them. well we have had this mattress for about 6 years and again our lower hips and backs are hurting we ended up getting a Dormeo mattress topper to see if that would help the issue, it did for awhile but we are back to hurting again. I have been sleeping on pillows under my lower back to just get relief. So to say If you choose to buy a mattress from this location or any Mattress Firm stores. I would be very cautious about what you purchase. I think we are going to skip Mattress firm after this third round of Mattresses. we are again hunting for a new mattress!
