Great and speedy service! I had to fix an issue with my computer after I'd accidentally caused an issue trying to solve another issue. Tried to RMA the computer for maintenance through Asus but it would've meant shipping my laptop back and being without it for a month and not getting an estimate right away. Geek Squad would've charged me a hundred just to look at it. Looked through both Google and Yelp and saw that 911 Express Tech was at the top of the list. I could not say enough great things about this business. I have a couple of different computers but not a great deal of computer knowledge. From the first time I entered 911 Express Tech I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the owner and his staff. Each time I have had a computer repaired or upgraded the service was done in a timely and professional manner. I also need to mention the location is perfect for me, right inside Radcliff and with in a few minutes of Fort Knox, that also makes it with in fifteen to twenty minutes from Elizabethtown, depending on the traffic. Had an issue with my game console, turned out to be my HDMI cable had gone bad, the owner let me take a cable home to try it out to see if that was indeed the problem.
