For 2 days I tried calling multiple times each day and received no answer. 3rd day I am told I need a new cpu and the cleaning work was done. I go retrieve my pc and take it to best buy for them to install a new cpu. Thankfully best buy ran a diagnostic and discovered I didn't need a cpu, just some thermal paste. The pc was only partially.started on the cleaning process at break. Very disappointed. Oh and website says free diagnostic but I was charged $50.

The repair was done right, the quality of work was solid, and everything was explained in a way that made sense. Highly recommend if you're looking for fast, reliable, and professional tech repair with real value.

Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.
