To make matters worse, the management is flat-out refusing to take responsibility. I was incredibly outraged by the lack of integrity of their work and being brazenly lied to that I…read morewrote my first review (see below). Now that I am calm enough to recount the experience, I think others would benefit from our cautionary tale: We were in an auto accident last year and took our vehicle to Church Brothers because they had previously done some body work on one of our other cars and we had been satisfied. Plus, they are Honda certified mechanics (although that no longer means anything to me). So we took our 2-month old SUV to them after we had been hit on the front passenger side. The work was done quickly and we went to pick it up 6 days later. We didn't accept the work because the hood was crooked and wasn't matching up with where it should have attached to the body. So they saw the problem and agreed to re-do the work. 5 days later, we picked the SUV up and everything seemed fine. A few days later, we were driving down the highway and the window fell down and got stuck in the door. It was terrifying! But moreover, when we took it to the dealer (it was the closest auto place), they showed us that the window was lacking the VIN info and was not an original. The window wasn't broken in the accident, so we confronted Church Brothers. They lied and claimed that the window came in broken. It did not and their own estimates and final paperwork did not list the window as being replaced. Eventually they admitted that they had broken the window and replaced it... but they used an aftermarket part that did not fit in the track AND had tried to hide it initially. Because the window did not fit correctly, it was only a matter of time before the shoddy work failed. The lack of integrity is what we found so incredibly upsetting. In addition, they refused to take financial responsibility for their mistake and were extremely defensive about 'sometimes these things happen'. I agree that accidents and mistakes happen but it is terribly unethical to violate the trust of customers by hiding mistakes and then refusing to take responsibility when they are uncovered. We ended up paying the dealer to replace the window with a factory window so that it would sit in the track correctly and actually function. STAY AWAY! They cannot be trusted!!

Critical: Professionalism I had my car towed here after i…read morebroke down, the next day i had to call them because no one called me to give me a quote, I was asked by the receptionist if i wanted the mechanic to look at my car and give me a quote. even though when i spoke to her the day before, we had discussed a payment plan. l guess people just get their cars towed there just for the h*** of it. i called back and she said that " the mechanic" put my car on a diagnostic machine, and that it was the transmission. I then asked her if he bothered to look at it, she said she would talk to him, i called back 45 minutes later, and finally got "the mechanic" to talk to me, right away he was very rude and condescending. I'm no mechanic but i doubt if he took a through look at my car in 45 minutes time, he told me that my transmission was shot and if he opened it up he would just keep finding more and more stuff wrong and then offered to buy it, because they buy "junk" cars. the next day i no longer wanted to give them my business and sought out a different opinion, from an actual mechanic with better customer service skills, so i decided to get my car towed so i called to let him know that i will be having it towed, he then told me that me that he needed 60 dollars from me for having him "look" at it. when it was time to tow it, he wouldn't let the tow truck driver have it, he was literally holding my car hostage, even though i had called earlier and offered to pay over the phone or online for which they had no option to do so, so i told them that i would be there, when i got there i nearly fell on the side walk outside of their door, because they didn't put any salt down. then the tow truck driver came out of the business and proceeded to discuss with me everything that i had discussed with the "mechanic" why was my business being discussed with this man, beats the h*** outta me?! this place is very unprofessional and useless. My advice DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ESP IF YOU ARE BLACK! OR A WOMAN. I highly doubt if a man would have been treated this way.
