Cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with M&M. They are kind and professional,…read morekept me informed on the status of my vehicle and returned my car looking brand new. I would recommend M&M to anyone looking for collision repair services.

One star because I cannot leave zero stars. MM is lacking in professionalism and basic customer…read moreservice. The front desk receptionist attempts a fake friendliness but the overall vibe for this place is intolerance. I watched this same receptionist treat the person I was with so much more respect than I was shown, until she realized we were together. Oops!! The employee giving the estimate acted as though he couldn't have been more annoyed. Seems like such an odd way to greet a potential paying customer. He was rude, unfriendly and lacking in basic manners, not to mention customer service. I am extremely underwhelmed with waste of time that was visiting this company. I would never trust them with anything to do with my vehicle. Not to mention the overpriced quote that was basically thrown at me with no explanation. Visiting this location and having to interact with these people has truly been the worst part of my day. It's clear they have no idea how many reputable body shops exist within a two mile radius of their shop? I do not live in Indy anymore but am privy to the unacceptable small mentality that is many times found in towns like this. For some reason I thought things would be different in 2024. Yet here we are. I suggest going to Indy Color for your collision needs. They are immediately kind, friendly, professional, and welcoming to all customers. Their pricing is much more logical. I say venture just a few miles down the street and you will find superior service. No customer should have to beg for reasonable customer service when they plan to spend thousands of dollars. There are other body shops. Writing a review for this place was imperative and I hope this saves you a few minutes. MM your intolerance is showing.

Customer service is A+ Extremely reliable and friendly…read more Really good and reasonable price. I would highly recommend. We are lucky we live downtown but even if we didn't live here I would travel to have our cars worked on here if needed.

My vehicle was broken into downtown in June of 2022. I took it to this location because I had work…read moredone here when it was the previous owner/business - Golden Chassis. I assumed that they retained some of the same staff and/or standards. I was so disappointed with my vehicle repair. I wasn't going to leave this review because I had a lot going on in my life. My marriage was ending. I worked for, basically, satan. I was overwhelmed and I was just trying to have a lot of grace. The repaired vehicle was picked up by my then ex-husband who me, and I him, so he probably didn't put a lot of care into looking it over and refused to return it after I pointed out my concerns. The plastic trim on the outside has some kind of solvent used on it that damaged the finish. It looks like it was on a rag and then pressed against the car like a 90s HGTV faux finish. The same piece of trim was not fastened correctly and was popping out and away from the car. The leather seat had glass ground into from where the kind people stepped into it to get in and out of the car without setting off the alarm. It was left completely untouched, no repair. The real rub was that there was a pile of glass left underneath the seat. No attention to detail at all. Why now? Why leave a negative review a year later? Because yesterday when I was lifting a few things out of my car, I found another huge piece of glass in the seat crevice. These people do the bare minimum and their attention to detail is shite.
