He went to back and printed off a new tag for it to be the price he thought it was. The woman was very thankful that he did that and that made me want to come back and to also I like that they have certain colors that are on sale, I like that it includes the plastic tag on things as well. They are certain colors too. I found some great stuff but you have to do some searching because a lot of things are expensive and prices you would see at a big box store. I will be back for sure when I'm in the area.

However, if I'm paying for a service then I expect to have my furniture taken if it's in respectable shape. The deal is $40 to pick up your items, in my case it was a fairly used mattress but clean. Perfectly good for someone who really needs a bed. They arrived, glanced at the mattress and decided that it was not worthy of their outstanding services. I asked if they could take the box spring and they said yes despite that being in worse shape than the mattress. I asked if they would call about a payment that I could process via my card but instead the employees stated "You can just pay us in cash." I regret paying them at all as it wasn't worth the time and certainly wasn't worth the money. All around wouldn't recommend this place if you're trying to get rid of a mattress as they'll only accept it if it is in pristine brand new condition.

Donations vary from lighting, furniture, and appliances to home decor, garden supplies and tools by the pound! I happened to stumble upon a set of weather proof floor mats for my daughter's Subaru and a cute bird feeder; both for less than ten dollars. Be sure to inspect your items as there are no refunds. It's also helpful to bring cash to avoid the credit card fee (that ate my Veterans discount). Maybe you'll be able to find just the thing you didn't know you needed!

I called ahead (several times) but the phone always goes to voicemail directing customers to an email address instead. I didn't leave a message, so maybe what follows is on me? I live over an hour away and planned for this visit. I finally located their "new" address in a row of vacant strip mall stores. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. Even more pathetic is the disrespect shown to potential customers by not updating the website, voicemail, or even the door of the former site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Off to Portland....
