I requested linen pants not be pressed. They were pressed, and due to darker, color had a shine all over them and seems had lightened marks due to being pressed. The sweater had some marks where soup splashed. It still had all the marks and i even scraped off a tiny bit food residue at pickup. I asked that they all be redone. Coats and sweater were much improved but linen pants are destroyed. No offer to dismiss and charge. Oh, and the associate made a comment to me about significant amount of redo's on my account. This place might be fine for business shirts or very basic, standard cleaning if no other cleaners is convenient.

I'll admit the older woman is hard to understand, but she is more than patient and willing to understand what I want to do with my clothes. The older gentleman is easy enough to understand. Anyways, no issues with customer service, pick-up times, and etc. Always really nice. Side note: the lady is really good at alterations for dress shirts. You buy some few larger ones that that sag on the sides or sleeves are too long. She is honest to God a miracle worker on that. She can make it fit really well.

It's quite amazing for such a small town. However, I like coming here because there is ample parking because it's located in a strip mall. And every time I come in here no matter what it's very quick to come in and come out drop off and or pick up, which is fantastic. I also appreciate that. I don't have to pay for anything until after I pick things up. The Korean ladies who work your hoop, I assume also own it do grow on you and get personable overtime. Each load was $2.50 to wash and $1 for 30 minutes of dryer time, which was plenty. They also had a massage chair while you wait and a food pantry that was there for those who needed. I thought that showed a lot about the owner's character. The staff who was working went above and beyond the help me. I didn't have a card for the dryer (we're not from here and this was probably the only time I would be there so I didn't want to load up a card with a lot of money). They helped use their card and then I just paid them in quarters. I brought my own Tide pods and dryer sheets but they had supplies available. They were selling Bounce dryer sheets 4/$1. This laundromat was in the same strip mall as a taqueria and a donut shop. I went right when the opened so the taqueria wasn't open yet - I think it was 9:00. At the donut shop I got a Diet Coke and a donut for $2. So for $10 I washed & dried 2 loads of laundry and got breakfast :)
