This is NOT a traditional coin-op laundromat. NO coin change, detergent machine only take some kind of club card. Attendant did not speak English. I had to leave and go somewhere else. Doing laundry in an apartment laundry room sucks. It literally takes my fiance and I a whole day to do all our laundry that way. Today, the 1 washing machine in our apartment laundry was down, but we needed laundry done. I found Dirty Duds here and saw they had drop off service. For a reasonable price they had 50 pounds of my laundry finished in four hours. My fiance is unpacking our laundry now saying, "We're never doing laundry again." read more

I ABSOLUTELY hated this laundromat! The washers weren't bad but the mess with the dryers was completely mind boggling the owner obviously is greedy to make it 5 cents more just so they dont have to use quarters. The machines Didn't start and half the card readers didn't work. I spent more than my local laundry place and now because the dryers didn't work properly I'm forced to go to a different laundromat now to finish drying my clothes. DO NOT GO HERE THE AGGRAVATION ISN'T WORTH IT!!!!!!! Also I the lady working today saw I was struggling with the dryers and only gave me credit for 1 dryer when I had 5 that ate my money never again! read more

I went here to wash a giant fluffy comforter. The woman at the front desk was very kind and showed me how to use the giant commercial washer. You have to buy a special card that has funds on it in order to feed the machine - it was $8 to use the giant washer, and then .30 per 10 minutes to use a giant dryer. definitely bring cash. I'm not sure if their credit/debit system is down or if they are cash-only but I had to use cash. read more

i don't go to the laundromat often, but when i do, i come to dirty duds. over the last couple years of coming here, it is the same sweet employees who are always extremely helpful. the laundromat is clean and reasonably priced. they have all your laundromat essentials for sale in case you need something. i definitely recommend coming here. (they have free dry on certain days too!) come out and support your family owned businesses during this difficult time!!! read more

This laundromat is the best. Estella, who works there is so sweet. She makes coffee and even goes to the Wheeling Donut shop a few doors down to get donuts for her customers. Tuesday and Thursday dryers are free. All kinds of machines from regular size to huge ones for carpets, comforters, etc. Place is very clean. They use cards instead of coins. You can turn your card in and get the remainder of your money back. This place rocks. read more

I'm so grateful that I found this place. I had two loads to do while on vacation because our hotel didn't have washers or dryers. Each load was $2.50 to wash and $1 for 30 minutes of dryer time, which was plenty. They also had a massage chair while you wait and a food pantry that was there for those who needed. I thought that showed a lot about the owner's character. The staff who was working went above and beyond the help me. I didn't have a card for the dryer (we're not from here and this was probably the only time I would be there so I didn't want to load up a card with a lot of money). They helped use their card and then I just paid them in quarters. I brought my own Tide pods and dryer sheets but they had supplies available. They were selling Bounce dryer sheets 4/$1. This laundromat was in the same strip mall as a taqueria and a donut shop. I went right when the opened so the taqueria wasn't open yet - I think it was 9:00. At the donut shop I got a Diet Coke and a donut for $2. So for $10 I washed & dried 2 loads of laundry and got breakfast :) read more

So satisfied with this business. There is a Hispanic lady that works there she is so nice, it was late in the afternoon and she offer us coffee - making fresh one for me. Great customer service, I was there today (Thursday) and they have a special -which is FREE drying time. Very clean and professional and REASONABLE pricing! Location: The laundromat is located in a little strip center. There's not much around so you would have to get in your car if you needed to run errands. Staff: Everyone there is extremely helpful. You need to purchase a card (only a dollar) to use the washer and dryers. The guy gave me the card and explained how to add money (not overly difficult but I think he was just being nice). He also explained the different washers and dryers in the laundromat. Washers/Dryers: They have a ton of washer and dryers to use. It really depends on the amount of clothes you need to wash. They has a few washers and dryers that were out of service. I put my stuff in one dryer and the machine didn't turn on. The staff used different cards and then realized they needed to restart the machine. They ended up giving free time (only 30 minutes) for the dryer. Despite some of the dryers and washers out of service, the laundromat overall was nice (something I would expect in a laundromat) read more

I brought my like-new king size DKNY comforter and shams in for cleaning. They ruined the comforter and then had the audacity to claim it was that way when I brought it in. Wouldn't give me any compensation and also said it was my fault. NEVER use them if you value your possessions. They're horrible cleaners and clueless managers. read more

The woman working was so sweet. I had to wash my large comforter. She showed me which washers it might fit in. She walked me how to purchase a card, where to put the soap, and how to start the machine. She then helped me with the dryer and recommended a time. When I went to leave she offered to refund what was left on the card. As someone who walked in having no idea what I was doing I was super grateful. I just came back from washing two large dog beds. I was amazed at how clean it was and the people working there were just as nice as everyone says. I also ran down to the taqueria a few stores down for a quick taco. Easiest 30 minutes of laundry I have ever done! Will be back. read more

Our washer broke and I needed to get our laundry washed. I read about this place on YELP and decided this was my best option. The manager was super nice, gave me a fair price for lots of laundry, called me when the laundry was ready, everything was folded beautifully (how did she do this), bagged and ready for pickup! I went in today when I realized there was no way I could possibly clean all of my children's clothes, blankets, pillows, shoes and bags from camp. Everything smelled, was damp, had sand. It was too much for me and for my tiny washing machine. I dropped everything and just a few hours later, everything was clean, folded and bagged up for me. Absolutely fabulous!! Cons: no wifi, but I had great phone reception so the 3G was enough You have to buy a card and put money on it, don't put a lot on if you don't have a lot to wash, you can always add more money but can't get money back!
