Very Disappointing Experience at the New Braunfels Sprouts I…read morewas genuinely excited when I first saw the signs announcing that Sprouts was coming to New Braunfels. I had shopped at the San Antonio and Kyle locations before and always had a much better experience. Unfortunately, this location has been a huge disappointment. The biggest issue is the lack of customer service and leadership. From the moment you walk through the doors, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Too many employees make little to no effort to greet customers or even acknowledge them. A simple hello, a smile, or asking how someone is doing goes a long way. Unfortunately, that basic courtesy seems to be missing here. Every time I check out with Melissa, I experience the same lack of acknowledgment, which makes an otherwise simple shopping trip uncomfortable. What makes this even more disappointing is the management. My experiences with Store Manager Scott and Deli Manager Brian have left me feeling that customer concerns are not taken seriously. When I have raised issues, I have felt dismissed and spoken to in a condescending manner rather than treated with respect. Good leadership should set the standard for customer service, listen to feedback, and take responsibility for addressing problems. The quality of the produce is another major concern. I have repeatedly seen shriveled produce and items leaking in the displays. I have brought these concerns to Scott's attention multiple times, yet I have not seen the level of attention or improvement I would expect. Customers pay premium prices at Sprouts and should be able to expect fresh, quality products--not have to question whether the produce is worth purchasing. I know Sprouts can do better because I have experienced it at other locations. This makes me question what is happening at the New Braunfels store and whether the current leadership is setting the right example for its employees. At this point, I find myself choosing H-E-B more often because I feel welcomed, respected, and valued as a customer. I wanted to love having Sprouts in our community, but a store's reputation is built on more than its products and prices. It is built on the people, the leadership, and the overall experience. New Braunfels Sprouts has a lot of room for improvement. Corporate leadership needs to take a closer look at the customer service culture, management, and produce quality at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and they deserve the quality they are paying for. I hope someone in corporate takes this feedback seriously, because right now, this location is falling far short of the experience that made me excited about Sprouts in the first place.

When you park, they instantly make comments regarding vacuuming and taking care of trash. But those are NOT included in the drive up. To get any interior services done, be sure to look into full menu pamphlet/brochure located inside the building. From there you possibly will speak to 2 attendees and a manager to ensure they are getting what you need/want. The contact between you and the attendees is socially distanced at all times. You then yet an estimate on time. I was given an estimate of about an hour to hour and 15 minutes. Located near HEB, a few restaurants, and a massage place, I walked around to spend some time. When I got back my car wasn't just sitting, which was nice to see! From there I sat in their clean (but Cold) waiting room and listened to customers and employees talk. I was told my car was about 10 minutes out only for it then to take an additional 15 more. Everything was fine until a older gentleman came and said "your car was really bad, we try to blow it out and it took a lot, it was bad" .... which there changed my entire outlook on the experience, sure maybe you needed more time but find a much kinder way to say things like that. ..... Lastly the guy that pulled it around, didn't seem to acknowledge that he nearly hit a parked car while pulling it up to me. As I looked at it, and noticed it was very well done, I did notice that my exterior was simply just done by the manual machine and all the crevices were left very dusty. But overall well done and would recommend.

But the worst part was both workers had their masks down below their chins. Not like they slipped down, that happens. But clearly around their necks.
