The worst CVS I have ever been in. Went out of my way to stop at at CVS while passing through…read morebecause I usually love CVS. Refrigerated section almost empty and NO cold bottled water yet there were waters of all brands sitting randomly on top of end caps. Didn't have the normal things I needed that all other CVS's had. I still spent $160 on makeup because I forgot my makeup bag at home. Asked for a hand carry basket and was told they have only one and it wasn't available. Very disorganized store. Asked to use the restroom and guess what? NO toilet paper! Gross. Whoever manages this place should NOT be the manager of anything. I won't stop there again.

I'm here to tell you, Pic & Pac's bathrooms are in good condition, stocked, and not smelling like a construction-site honey bucket in the hot Texas sun, that's missed its last servicing. Seguin, first and foremost, is not some Podunk town, but you can see Podunk towns from some of Seguin's higher elevations, but I digress -- where was I? Oh, I can tell you that this little convenience store is an oasis! Its appearance seems to indicate that it's quite new, it's pretty well stocked with the necessary road trip essential such as salty savory snacks and sweets, drinks, and lotto tickets in case you're looking to invest in your retirement. And of course, gas. The 2 young gals making change were pleasant and even engaged me in small talk. As this place is off the main highway but quite a bit, I'm guessing everything I'm writing is more or less "preaching to the choir". But should you find yourself Podunk-adjacent in Seguin, Texas, you could do a lot worse.
