I usually put on my car, then it fades with the Texas sun and I peal it off till I get a new one. Customer service is on point. Everyone is nice, polite, helpful, and just Southern. Love coming here. This time instead of exploring their packaged snack products I thought about how much room we have left in our car and flying it home so I decided against it. I did buy 3 of their small cup size Blue Bell dark chocolate ice cream- for all of us but the cashier gave only one spoon. It tasted so good I had hubs go get me a large size one since I didn't eat a normal lunch and it was past 5 pm. While I waited in the car with the grandpup. I wanted to find some Bucee items for Doc since she's been our road trip driver plus made all the arrangements for hotels, tickets to parks, dinner show, etc. We all got different things: hubs got small bags of jerky, Doc got her favorite brisket sandwich to share with her Frenchie, a sausage on a stick and 3 peach cobblers for each of us to try. I like the large amount of clean restroom stalls plus soap. The cone of warmed sugary pecans and cinnamon bites were a sweet snack- finally gone from the first Buc-ee's a week ago. Before leaving Doc had us take a selfie and a nice gentleman also took a couple for us too.

However, the staff that was here between 5:00AM-6:30 AM was unbelievably rude. Both females had an attitude (one of which is an older, petite, African-American female that plays gangster rap music on her phone while behind the cash register). This employee looks at you as if you are a problem, doesn't greet you, and could care less about what you need (and I barely said a word at this point, other than requesting a shower purchase). Same with female employee #2, who cops an attitude that she was waiting for me to enter the laundry area when it was clearly obvious that 1. I was waiting for several minutes within the counter area that conducts truckers transactions. 2. That after my waiting period, I waited for her in the laundry area while she walked back & forth completing her cleaning tasks without acknowledging me. I found the experience remarkably odd, in comparison to other good experiences with Love's. A lot of those experiences have been very good, and rarely bad. This experience stood out as one that was very ugly for no reason, which is why I felt compelled to express what I just experienced. As it was, the shower wasn't even thoroughly cleaned due to the ponding water within it, so guess what? I wound up cleaning it. Took a few minutes, but I knocked it out using one of their blue towels while also using my gym towel & washcloth to bath/dry off with. I guess that it doesn't pay to be a Love's valued member, particularly at this location. Employees at this location, please treat people the way that you want to be treated- this goes a long way. Worst Love's experience ever.

My husband was accused of stealing from the outside garden area. My husband had paid inside for the…read moreitems he had purchased. The police officer stated that upper management had called it in. My husband is very well known in town and apparently someone mentioned who he was. The police officer came to our HOUSE asking me where my husband was because he was captured on camera stealing. I called my husband, my husband showed the police officer his receipt where he had paid. Police officer took a photo of receipt and went back to show it to the manager. They investigated and found the video of my husband paying the cashier for the items he had purchased. After all was said and done, not the manager or anyone else even offer or give my husband an apology for what they did. To this day when my husband goes to this HEB, that same manager still watches him like he's stealing. I can't believe that this manager is still at this HEB after all this...guess he wasn't reprimanded and got away with it. Definitely not the way to handle things HEB!
