They're known for their clean restrooms. The stalls have solid walls on both sides and a door that indicates if it's vacant.

Sunday, 5-31-2026: I had seen & heard about this place from family and on TV. This place is huge! They should at least have a couple of Buc-ee's in every state. What a crazy, unexpected concept! They have everything here. It was definitely sensory overload for me. It was crowded with locals & tourists. It's very organized and clean. The restroom was impressively clean. We mostly bought snacks. Love the warm candied nuts like pecans. We left without exploring the entire store due to the crowded conditions. We were checked out quickly by a friendly cashier. Definitely will return.

If you know, you know. Road trips have to have a planned stop at Bucee's whether you need to gas up, bathroom break, or grab road snacks and shop. If you're not stopping, we can't be friends. Needed a break and do some shopping. Had to grab their 250 anniversary American shirt. Which comes with a Buc-ee's sticker. I usually put on my car, then it fades with the Texas sun and I peal it off till I get a new one. Customer service is on point. Everyone is nice, polite, helpful, and just Southern. Love coming here. It's always packed, so I'm not the only one that gets it. God bless Buc-ee's

Great gasoline prices Clean restrooms More food and snacks than you can name Souvenirs. Clothes Home items Bakery Candy Sugar and fat and all that Friendly service What's not to like? You've got to visit a Buc-cee's if you come to Texas.

Personally, I hated being inside this place. For those not from Texas, Buc-ee's is like an overdue love child with a truck-stop and a Cracker Barrel as its parents. This place is the size of a baby Walmart (think old timey Walmart before the era of Supercenters), but with all the accouterments of a travel stop: fudge and jerky and whatever other confections all made in house, a completely unnecessary store with clothes, kitchen items, hunting gear, beaver print swimsuits, and souvenirs, and only a small section for coolers. For all the wasteful junk this place sells, they can't even carry something as simple as a sugar free Red Bull. In fact, the sugar free items were almost nonexistent, essentially encouraging an outdated lifestyle filled with sugar, consumerism, and an eventual trip to the doctor for diabetes. My husband loves this place, and the store is crowded with people moving around like they're at an amusement park. One thing I'll say is that there is a very open space, and it's needed because there were easily over two hundred people inside this place, and you could stare straight down and have better luck finding the ocean's horizon. And it's clean, so I guess there's that. I'm not removing more than one star because this is all based on my personal preference and the fact I don't like sugary food. Though I'm diabetic, a kombucha won't kill me, but I still would have preferred the sugar free Red Bull. I did find a Super Mario Bros shirt my son will love, and I think that's nice, but wow, I'm genuinely afraid to see how much of this product will go to waste and sit in a landfill. I would not come back on my own; my husband will have to drag me in if we do return.

Huge convenient store. We spent 40 minutes here looking at everything and deciding what to get and checking out. They have food, drink, clothes, and even home goods. The bathrooms are spacious, wells stocked and felt private and clean. This place definitely lived up to its hype. They have fresh BBQ and pastries and fudge. Coffee stations were well stocked.

Came back again....this time I got food! The brisket sandwich was delicious and the Apple pie just needed ice cream!

What is there not to love about Buc-ee's? This is my second Buc-ees. I'm blown away by the food and drink options. And how they keep the main area and the bathrooms so clean. Once again, this location is living up to the hype.

I am amazing I haven't left a review for the all mighty buc-ees's. I always have a fun time here. It is an experience everytime and they always have something that can catch your eye. My girl is obsessed with cows so I found plenty of cow merch for the future!

How could you not give Buc-ee's 5 stars. This awesome 24/7 rest stop is big and has so much stuff! If you're hungry, they sell bbq sandwiches, salads, sides, desserts and a big variety of snacks. Everything from beef Jerky to candied pecans, nuts, chocolate, and so much more. I love the Buc-ee's merchandise and purchased a travel mug on my first visit and a t shirt this year. If you're traveling near a Buc-ee's, makes this your bathroom, gas, and snack stop. I was shocked to see that on a Wednesday at 10pm, this place was packed.

Love Buc-ees!!! Lots of gas pumps, clean bathrooms, tons of coffee options... and of course, jerky!!! Best rest stop EVER!

Can they do anything bad? The sandwiches, bakery, fudge, prices and of course the immaculate restrooms! Literally my must visit every time I get to TX. The nicest people work at Buc-ee's, seriously, they are just built different. Easy to find gifts for everyone and to become the favorite mom, dad, uncle, aunt, neighbor, main squeeze...whatever. Plenty of gas pumps, electric vehicle chargers, tons of parking, every treat you can imagine. Stock up on your road trip drinks, chewies and lickies to create the ultimate adventure. Don't trust me, you gotta see it to believe it. See ya next time!

    Ask the Community - Buc-ee's

When is the Buc-ee's on IH10 in between San Antonio and Boerne, TX going to open?

Do ALL buc ees have dog parks? Is so where are they? Or do the dogs go potty on any grass we find?

They don't have dog parks. There's usually a grassy area closer to the street where people walk their dogs, but it's not enclosed.

Lost my whoop band at this location, how do I contact to see if someone turned it in?

Call Buc-ee's. Yelp lists a # 979-2386390. You might do a search if the # is not working. You may need to send a picture if they don't know what it is.

On the Halloween T-shirt do u all carry 2xl sizes?

    Yes

Do any buckee have charging stations?

Not that I've ever seen. I was just there today. They don't have any sitting area either.

Are there tables to eat inside?

No, there aren't any tables for dining inside.

    Do they have lottery?

No. Buc-ee's does not sell lottery tickets at any of their locations.

Are the class of 2019 shirts still available at this location? I don't want to make the drive and there not be any. There's a phone number but it's just a recording to visit the website.

I just walked the store and I did not see these particular shirts

Can you take your dog inside?

They are not animal friendly. I was told to take my kitten (in a carrier) back to the car.

The air conditioning either wasn't working or was completely ineffective. The store was uncomfortably hot, and several employees appeared to be sweating heavily while working. The prices were another shock. I ended up spending far more than expected for just two drinks, which made the experience even more frustrating. I was also concerned by what I observed in the food service area. Employees were using their phones while working around food, and I did not see gloves being worn during food preparation. One food service employee, Abigail, seemed annoyed that I wanted to place an order. After seeing the condition of the food area and the lack of professionalism, I decided it wasn't worth purchasing food. Overall, the combination of excessive heat, high prices, questionable food handling practices, and poor customer service left a very negative impression. Management needs to address the air conditioning issue immediately and take a closer look at food safety standards and employee professionalism. I will not be returning and would encourage others to be aware of these issues before visiting.

So we decided "eh let's give this place a shot instead" on our drive down to San Antonio. And to our surprise, this place was actually really solid. No, it doesn't have the SHEER square footage of the NB Buc-ee's, but it has nice clean plentiful bathrooms, a good assortment of snacks, drinks, useful trinkets, and toys, as well as a buy-at-the-counter deli with fresh hot food and many tables to sit and eat inside. Honestly, all our needs were more than met stopping here and it took probably less than half the time fighting the onslaught of cars/people always swarming like ants at Buc-ee's across the freeway on the weekends. If you find yourself in a similar conundrum (and don't have any beaver-related business needs), just come here instead! Also the Exxon pumps have tap to pay. Yay!

With any business, it can fail or succeed due to their employees. It doesn't matter if you have the best product or service on the market, your business will thrive or die without the right people representing your company. I know for a FACT I'm not the only customer that will drive a bit farther to get gas or other convenience store items due to one of their AMAZING employees. Her name is Raquel and there's never been a time I've been in there that a customer hasn't proclaimed that they come to this location solely because of her! Most will drive a few extra miles because of her and this is more common than not. I don't know what they're paying her but, they should double it or at least give her some kind of commission for all of the customers she brings in to that specific location. Currently, I'm not a business owner, but if I were, I would be scouting her out to handle anything and everything business wise. People love her! And it's not without reason. Raquel remembers everybody's name. She recalls the conversation they had previously and will ask them about their life. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful woman. The thing I also like about her if I were looking at her from the standpoint of a business owner is the fact that she doesn't keep a long line chitchatting up with somebody. She keeps the flow going and is a genius with the customers. I just don't have the words to really describe how amazing she is. And I hope that somebody else that frequents this location will chime in. Honestly, this place is making money hand over fist not from their location but, from Raquel.
