I am amazing I haven't left a review for the all mighty buc-ees's. I always have a fun time here. It is an experience everytime and they always have something that can catch your eye. My girl is obsessed with cows so I found plenty of cow merch for the future!

Personally, I hated being inside this place. For those not from Texas, Buc-ee's is like an overdue love child with a truck-stop and a Cracker Barrel as its parents. This place is the size of a baby Walmart (think old timey Walmart before the era of Supercenters), but with all the accouterments of a travel stop: fudge and jerky and whatever other confections all made in house, a completely unnecessary store with clothes, kitchen items, hunting gear, beaver print swimsuits, and souvenirs, and only a small section for coolers. For all the wasteful junk this place sells, they can't even carry something as simple as a sugar free Red Bull. In fact, the sugar free items were almost nonexistent, essentially encouraging an outdated lifestyle filled with sugar, consumerism, and an eventual trip to the doctor for diabetes. My husband loves this place, and the store is crowded with people moving around like they're at an amusement park. One thing I'll say is that there is a very open space, and it's needed because there were easily over two hundred people inside this place, and you could stare straight down and have better luck finding the ocean's horizon. And it's clean, so I guess there's that. I'm not removing more than one star because this is all based on my personal preference and the fact I don't like sugary food. Though I'm diabetic, a kombucha won't kill me, but I still would have preferred the sugar free Red Bull. I did find a Super Mario Bros shirt my son will love, and I think that's nice, but wow, I'm genuinely afraid to see how much of this product will go to waste and sit in a landfill. I would not come back on my own; my husband will have to drag me in if we do return.

How could you not give Buc-ee's 5 stars. This awesome 24/7 rest stop is big and has so much stuff! If you're hungry, they sell bbq sandwiches, salads, sides, desserts and a big variety of snacks. Everything from beef Jerky to candied pecans, nuts, chocolate, and so much more. I love the Buc-ee's merchandise and purchased a travel mug on my first visit and a t shirt this year. If you're traveling near a Buc-ee's, makes this your bathroom, gas, and snack stop. I was shocked to see that on a Wednesday at 10pm, this place was packed.

20oz water bottle = $1.99 refill ripoff

For years have stopped at Buccee's on various drives . Today's likely my last until they restore free water bottle refills. I typically spend $10-$30 solo on various buccees items on a stop and today no exception. When it's a family roadtrip - usually a bit more. I was shocked when the clerk looked at my 20oz water bottle and asked if I'd gotten a refill. He didn't look particularly happy about it, but now company policy to charge! $1.99 - even though a 42oz fountain drink with styrofoam cup is $1.19. Been in Texas for 14 years and had seen Buccee's as an institution. Guess just a $$$$ machine a that wanted a way to make more. Plenty of other places that don't charge to fill a water bottle I can patronize. A clear sign by the water and I'd have just turned around and left. But now I know. Bye bye Buccee's

On our road trip to Tennessee, Buc-ee's was a must-stop, actually a necessary call-of-nature pause. Spotlessly clean restrooms, friendly staff, and endless window shopping (yes just look, not advisable to buy anything at all), it's hard not to pull over. I thought Buc-ee's was just a Texas thing, but it's clearly a Southern staple. Easily a Safer, cleaner, and better alternative to highway rest areas. Always worth the stop to pee, if I had the luxury of time to take a number 2 as well.

I'd say this is My favorite gas station but it's so much more. Bucces is always a fun trip. They sell so many cool things for home, as well as apparel, and of course snacks and food. This location is always clean and kept organized. The staff is always always kind and keep the place running smooth. This is my favorite place to just take a late night journey to and have a nice bbq date with my love! Always love bucces and their brand of products is always good especially their jerky and beaver nuggets.

Can they do anything bad? The sandwiches, bakery, fudge, prices and of course the immaculate restrooms! Busy but they handle the crowds with no problems So much to see and buy not just good junk food. Souvenirs and clothes, practical camping gear and chairs, My O my, this place never disappoints Gotta experience this place to believe it I'm a cult follower now

Literally my must visit every time I get to TX. The nicest people work at Buc-ee's, seriously, they are just built different. Easy to find gifts for everyone and to become the favorite mom, dad, uncle, aunt, neighbor, main squeeze...whatever. Plenty of gas pumps, electric vehicle chargers, tons of parking, every treat you can imagine. Stock up on your road trip drinks, chewies and lickies to create the ultimate adventure. Don't trust me, you gotta see it to believe it. See ya next time!

We love Buc-ees since we lived in Florida for 2.5 years and frequented the Daytona Beach and St. Augustine locations. Now in Texas we visit this location on trips to San Antonio. It is HUGE. Plenty of gas pumps, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. I love the cinnamon roasted pecans, buc-ees nug-ees (white cheddar), and veggie fajita when I need something substantial. I also do half and half sweet and unsweet iced tea in a big styrofoam cup for less than $1.

Huge place!

I mean... what's not to love? Huge place! ‍ Great food! Cheap gas! Terrific snacks! Super shopping! And the cleanest restrooms ever! This is a must stop- whether you need to or not.

If you're anywhere in between San Antonio and Austin, you just have to stop here. Non-negotiable. Buc-ee's is a consistent, delicious, friendly, luxury gas station pit stop with over 83 bathroom stalls and 90+ gas pumps. This New Braunfels location is currently the 3rd largest. You want a drink for the road? You have over 50 fountain choices. You want a sandwich or wrap or taco fresh tortillas? You'll have 50+ choices there as well. Grabbed all the souvenir shirts, beaver nuggets, munchies, and brittle i could fit in my hand basket today. Bonus: from this location to downtown Austin, my drinks all still had plenty of ice HOURS later because Buc-ee's has the best ice, and foam cups and the ice doesn't melt in this Texas heat! Win!

Like most Texans, I love Buc-ee's. It's more than a gas station, it's a full-on road trip tradition. I'm lucky to live close to the New Braunsfels and Bastrop locations, and I'm counting down the days until the new one opens in Kyle. Needless to say, I rarely pass Buc-ee's (in New Braunsfels) without getting off on exit 191! Case in point: on a recent road trip from Austin to Auburn, Alabama, I stopped at every Buc-ee's along the way. Why? Simple. Plenty of gas pumps, spotless restrooms, and the kind of road trip food that makes the miles easier; brisket tacos (delicious you can only get them in the morning!), chopped brisket sandwiches (don't forget the pickles and onion), fresh coffee made just the way you like it, paddle tails, and more. This past Sunday on a quick run to San Antonio, we made our usual Buc-ee's pit stops both ways. On the way there: a cup of that good crunchy ice, coffee, beef jerky for my mom, a paddle tail, and a pecan bar. On the way back: chopped brisket sandwiches, more of that ice, and a rice cereal marshmallow bar for the road. Yes, it's always busy, but don't let that scare you. Keep an eye out and you might even spot Buc-ee himself wandering around. Tips from a Texan:    *   Check out the restrooms. I know it sounds weird to say that about a gas station, but trust me, you'll thank me later.    *   Grab a BBQ sandwich.    *   Try the fudge.    *   Give the Beaver Nuggets a shot and see if they live up to the hype.    *   Visit the wall of jerky.    *   Pick up some Buc-ee's gear, it's basically proof that you're now an honorary Texan. Bring your patience and your wallet, because you'll probably walk out with more than you planned. And before you leave, don't forget to snap your iconic photo with the Buc-ee statue out front.

Ask the Community - Buc-ee's

When is the Buc-ee's on IH10 in between San Antonio and Boerne, TX going to open?

Do ALL buc ees have dog parks? Is so where are they? Or do the dogs go potty on any grass we find?

They don't have dog parks. There's usually a grassy area closer to the street where people walk their dogs, but it's not enclosed.

Lost my whoop band at this location, how do I contact to see if someone turned it in?

Call Buc-ee's. Yelp lists a # 979-2386390. You might do a search if the # is not working. You may need to send a picture if they don't know what it is.

On the Halloween T-shirt do u all carry 2xl sizes?

Yes

Do any buckee have charging stations?

Not that I've ever seen. I was just there today. They don't have any sitting area either.

Are there tables to eat inside?

No, there aren't any tables for dining inside.

Do they have lottery?

No. Buc-ee's does not sell lottery tickets at any of their locations.

Are the class of 2019 shirts still available at this location? I don't want to make the drive and there not be any. There's a phone number but it's just a recording to visit the website.

I just walked the store and I did not see these particular shirts

Can you take your dog inside?

They are not animal friendly. I was told to take my kitten (in a carrier) back to the car.

OUTSTANDING PAINT PROTECTION FILM WORK - TWICE !! I have brought two vehicles (Lexus) to this…read moreshop for paint protection film, and both experiences have been exceptional. The quality of their work is on a completely different level - the film is nearly invisible, the edges are clean, and the attention to detail is exactly what you hope for when trusting someone with your vehicle. What really stands out is NB Prestige is their professionalism. They take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident about the investment. Both times, the results were flawless !! It's rare to find a shop that consistently delivers this level of craftmanship and customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop for anyone who wants top-tier work done right the first time. Thank you, Randall H

The leather feels soft and clean, the glass is crystal clear. The carpet feels soft again. The interior panels are clean and show no signs of wear. It even seems to drive smoother. I can see another 10 years and 100K miles in it. It was not a cost of a detail but an investment in the life of of the vehicle. My 2005 pickup is definitely next to be done.
