I tend to frequent the establishment because it's something I enjoy. However on this particular evening it didn't go well. Sienna is at the window to take the cash and hand over the orders. I had two separate orders and paid cash for both. I paid for the first received my change, paid for the second I get the sodas (which always taste weird but by the looks of the machine I see why) I asked Sienna where's my change she says you paid $12.41 which was the total I said No. I gave you $20.50 so I knew I was supposed to get $8.09 back she calls over a manager our food is ready so I guess sienna explains to her that I want my change. The manager is at the window her name is Sophia she ask for my receipt I give it to her she counts the drawer down. I get it but she could've asked them to make our food fresh since it sat there while she counted the drawer so it's getting cold due to an error.
