I would not recommend curbside to anybody at this specific Walmart especially uber drivers or doordash. the workers just control everything and cancel any order they want at any moment unneeded. They don't know how to load a car simply up. might as well do my own damn shopping. Everything is just on top of each other all over the place , falling out of bags especially glass items. Most of the time every time I go to the back to unload, the groceries for real falling out at me. the employees common respect? no hi? how are you? you have a great day like what? bro like the trunk open and everything. he lucky i would've smacked him out his mama wish i got his name next time i go. definitely will be following up with you guys. Took my car to Walmart service dept in Seguin Tx to get an oil change, new wiper blades and possibly buy new tires. Car was there for 3 hours only to find out they didnt do anything. They canceled everything because supposedly there was no threads on the drain plug. Took it to Take 5 in New Braunfels Oil quickly changed. Tires still going down so I now feel that they just added air and didn't actually check the tires for leaks. Be wary if they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle. Very unprofessional and will never take my car back there. Disgusted and disgruntled. Update: after I got the oil changed I went to discount tire down the road. They found (and i saw it with my own two eyes) a bubble on the front tire. So the employees did not check the tires like they said. Both front tires needed to be replaced. Do better Walmart!! I would like to give the biggest thank you possible to Zamiel and Nathaniel and at the auto care center. On 8/5 I was driving in the middle lane in I-10 and there was a rake that took out both of my tires on the right side. I was a crying mess calling places, of course it was 6pm so most places were closed. These amazing men were able to help me get two new tires that night. By the time I was able to find a tow truck to make it to this Walmart it was 8:50 pm and they changes my tires and did it with grace. I was crying and so scared and they were able to put me at ease. I had been driving since 3am from Tucson Az on my way home to Orlando Fl. Thanks to them I was able to finish my drive home the next day on time. There are not enough words for me to tell them thank you. I had never felt so helpless before and they were amazing! My experience with Walmart Automotive. I saw Jon helping another customer at Walmart today, which reminded me of the time he helped me. On Superbowl Sunday morning, I had a blowout on a tire and dropped off just the tire since I had put on the spare. Unfortunately, when I dropped it off, I didn't tell them it was going to need a new tire, so the person who took it wrote it up as a repair. When I showed up to pick it up, the tire wasn't fixed. They had to get the Team Lead, Jon, to help me. After hearing from me, he helped me pick a tire, checked me out, and then personally put on the tire on my rim. He helped me, even though I was the one who had made the mistake at dropoff. I just wanted to share how thankful I was for the level of service I received. I went to Walmart with my older brother and my 2 year old son and was accused of stealing. My brother and I shared a basket but used 2 different kiosks and his kiosk started acting up and the Associate there named Lisa told him she's going to scan his stuff on a different kiosk. As she's shuffling our stuff around and smashing our groceries she accused me of not paying for all my items and asked for my receipt. She starts pulling my items out and trying to double charge me for my groceries even though I already paid for them and had my receipt to prove it but she still continued. While all of this going on, other customers were getting impatient waiting for her to help them. Other customers were even walking off because they weren't being helped. There should be a specific scale just for Walmart because what are you going to compare it to? This Walmart is alright. It's average size. There's a Murphy USA gas station in the parking lot. It had a Burger King, I think there's also a salon and bank. I appreciate that there's a good size self checkout area so I can get in and out quickly. The grocery section is well kept and I've had no problem picking up items for our office's occasional pot luck lunch. This is an odd tidbit but my place of employment has ordered fried chicken from their catering department and it tasted really good. I give it 3 stars because I've been to cleaner Walmart's and the Burger King inside is awful. read more

Walmart Automotive in Seguin is totally incompetent. We waited 30 minutes to be waited on, after being told to sit in your car and wait to be waited on. The man waiting on customers kept going to other cars. We finally got tired of the poor customer service and left. Walmart has turned into a big dollar store with terrible customer service. Me and my mom have shopped her since i was little. But in the past few years, the quality of products, and customer service, have both started lacking. Almost every product is great value produce, or there isnt much variety. As for customer service, you either scan and go, or stand in a line for 20 minutes or so, even though there is plenty of staff standing around the front chit-chatting. As for today, may 17, 2021, we went to check out, there was only one lane open. So instead of waiting in a 6 person line up, we did scan and go. But in the scan and go lane next to us, 2 employees helped this fairly young looking woman, one bagging and one scanning her groceries. Where as, my mother, a 56 year old with rhumatoid arthritis, and I were not helped. We had to wave twice just to get 1 employee, who was standing not even 10 feet away, to stop chatting and come help us because we bought some alcohol. It is unexceptable that they are cherry picking who they help. If you want to help people bag and scan, they should open a lane up and scan. I understand that customer service can be tiring, but still, thats very unfair that my mother has to struggle, while 3 or 4 employees stand and watch or help someone younger than her. I am not always with her, and i dont appreciate that my ailing mother cant get help. read more

What a laughable thing to call the "pick-up" department just that.. why is it laughable? Because they don't ever PICK UP the phone! Then when you hang up and try to call back attempting to have the store operator transfer you to that department, guess what... they don't ever answer the operator line either!! Worthless. read more

Pretty happy with this location. Clean and well-stocked. When there's a greeter at the door, I'm greeted quickly but still in a friendly way. Employees throughout the store don't really go out of their way to ask if you need help or anything but when I've asked for help I've been treated very well and helped quickly. Late night staff seems nicer/more eager than daytime and as someone who used to work third shift I'll bet that it's because they deal with less foolishness than the day folks lol. Overall a nice, clean location with good selection. They could always stand to open more registers though lol. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FISH HERE. all the fish here have a disease commonly known as ich. (the little white dots) I will attach pictures. this disease is highly contagious and WILL infect your home aquarium. not to mention all the dead fish in these tanks are STILL IN THE TANKS, rotting and poisoning the remaining fish. The definition for walmart is trash. Walmart is literally the worst. The parking spaces are crowded by shopping carts, while the shopping cart lanes are empty?? It confuses me. I even tried to park and I ran over a cart while I was driving into the space. And don't even get me started on the employees. There are over twenty checkout lanes and only five are open? Bull crap if I do say so myself. I tried to checkout in the fifteen items or less lane when I had twenty items and I got declined saying "you need to have fifteen items or less sir, that's what the sign says." Yeah I can read just fine. It wasnt even that busy that day! Why can't I just checkout through one of the three express lanes since your other two regular lanes are full? Just common sense, let your customers shop, and checkout whether or not they have exactly fifteen items. And don't even mention the fact that they have some nasty glazed donuts that are s o g g y.
