I have bought a fleece jacket with the hoodie ( very warm) a growler and a human bed ( likes like a big dog bed)so that my dog and I can hang out while I watch TV during the holidays. At Christmas they had quite a selection of inflatables and very reasonable at $19.99. They have a whole array of goods to include rugs ,Automotive ,and pet aisle .. the place looks a little bit disorganized, but this may be the fault of the customers moving things and dropping things off that isn't the proper area . sometimes it's hard to find the products that were advertised in the flyer because they have sold out .so if you're gonna go to Ollie's go as soon as the flyer comes out.

We politely asked if the price could be adjusted to match the advertised price on the display. The manager immediately became rude and dismissive. She first claimed it was not the same model. When we showed her a photo we had taken of the display clearly showing it was the same model, she changed her explanation and said that prices are sometimes different "because of where they get them from." She then stated, "This isn't a yard sale--we don't negotiate prices," which was both unprofessional and unnecessary. We calmly explained that we were not trying to negotiate, only asking for the advertised price to be honored. At that point, she walked away and literally shooed us off with her hand. This interaction was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable from a manager. Mistakes with pricing happen, but how they are handled matters--and this was handled terribly. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, and it ensured that we will not be returning.

I bought a ton of Christmas decorations there this year. With their Broyhill items, they had a really good selection. Their prices are a bit high, but after Thanksgiving we caught a few of their 2o% md 25% off items. You have to get there fast though, because they sell out FAST! We went back today, and there was nothing left. We need a little extra decor by our front door and they did have 1 item, but, they had a similar item at Wal-Mart for $15 less. With places like this, you have to mindful of what you are purchasing. It may not be as good of a deal as you think. It's worth going to, especially when they are fully stocked.

This certainly isn't a "flea" market because there is beautiful furniture in here--many in individual consignment booths; others have permanent set ups. They also conduct auctions, one regular one is the first Thursday of every month; and from time to time, they conduct specialty auctions selling jewelry and other collectibles. They have specific estate auctions too. Come check out this nicely adorned, air conditioned marketplace, where you are free to browse without being harassed or watched; however, staff is here to answer your questions.

Admittedly, it was late in the day around 6:30p, but it wasn't a Saturday or Sunday. The store was fairly trashed, meaning merchandise on the floor and out of place. It wasn't exactly a minefield, but it also looked like staff apathy was contributory, and there hadn't been an effort made to restore order in quite awhile. I can't blame the staff for merchandise landing on the floor from undisciplined children and adults (watched it happen while I was there), but they can pick it up and return it to home just as easily as I did. I don't get paid to work here after all. There were staff roving the store, after all. Did I find what I came for? Yes, and more. Am I encouraged to return? Big nope.

Clothing is pretty much reasonably priced. Employees are hard to find while shopping but this seems like the trend no matter where you shop. Sometimes there are a lot of people in the checkout line. I was concerned about having a sloped backyard. One thing good about Rainbow, they have solutions for it. The installation was a week earlier which I didn't mind at all because bad weather was expected the following week. Initially I was going to give 3 stars because after installation there were some screws that were not flush with the wood, some bolts were missing acorn nuts, and one of the buttons for the canopy popped off. With child safety a top priority for Rainbow, I feel that this is a major issue. I sent an email to Morgan with pictures of my concerns. Now this was late Friday night that I sent this email. By Monday, the same crew that installed the play system came back out and addressed all of my concerns.
