I recently needed to pickup some holiday blooms and the in-store florist could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was able to modify an arrangement in the cooler to add some more holiday cheer and the end result was amazing. It had red roses, asiatic lilies, baby's breath, holiday berries, and more. I never order flowers from a web site-you really need to go in and talk with florists because they can tell you which flowers are fresh and give you ideas that you may not have considered about an arrangement. Great service, highly recommended.

I didn't get the chance to look around the store really good because I came in for a specific item…read morebut from the looks of it, the have any and everything you could possibly need whether you're looking for something to take orally for inflammation or a cream to rub on your joints. I googled the item I was looking for and it took me to the website to be able to look for stores that sell it. This store popped up and I called to inquire. The young lady who helped me on the phone was soooooo patient with my 101 questions. I was in awe at all of the product she named off for them carrying for the condition I have and I decided to go in to the store myself and see. I'm so happy I found this place. I was thinking I'd have to drive to San Antonio or order from Amazon to get what I was looking for but I didn't need to. I must say, their prices are a little higher than I was expecting BUT for the convenience and happiness this store brought me today for not having to wait for the product or drive 15+ miles to get the product makes it worth it. One thing I don't like is that in order to get the $10 off deal with the Fivestar app, you have to spend $500 and it has to be in increments of $25 (won't work if you spend $24 today and come back and spend $1 the next day, it has to be at the time of sale that it amounts to $25). Each time you spend $25 you only earn 1 point... I spent a little over $25 so it would be nice to have the remaining roll over towards a future purchase but that's not how they do it. Anyhow, I will try out the products I purchased and if it works, I'll definitely be back!!

I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God bless.

They have 20 different varieties of canned and bagged peas and beans. They have a full bakery (panaderia) and meat market. They also sell propane burners, but I would stay away from those because like everything else in the store, the prices are extremely expensive on everything, when compared to other Mexican grocers like that big one in Seguin by the Grand buffet. I dropped one star because of the high prices, and they have no taqueria like in Seguin. This place is in the shopping center off 725 by China Kitchen and Taqueria Guadalajara, which I think this store owns.. buys: - Jarritos grapefruit soda .75 cents, refreshing, light in sugar. - cinnamon pan dulce concha .64 cents, made today, light texture, low sugar takeouts: Yelpers, don't go taking tons of pics; they thought I was the white man from the health dept. they told me ;)

Incredible variety, always fully stocked with great prices. Ample parking! The garden section calls for some special praise! Local Texas funds are simply the best and choices are even better. Slightly surprised to read many negative comments regarding staff as everyone who works here is extremely polite, respectful and helpful. Sure most of cashiers are high school kids but the level of respect they treat everyone is absolutely admirable and I thank them all for consistent assistance every visit. On a few occasions they weren't sure of a fruit or veggie sku number and sent for help instantly following with multiple apologies. Honestly, I also don't always know the names of every exotic fruit that's sold there without reading the label, if anything it's a miss on the labeling department! Overall I truly love grocery shopping since I moved 5 minutes away from this HEB!

Even when the app or website says the specific product I want is in stock, I'll go to the store and it's not actually there. It's even worse when ordering online. It will show that the item is available, but then I end up getting a substitute H-E-B brand product instead of what I actually ordered. I always have to double-check and remember to uncheck the substitution option, but then sometimes I just don't get the item at all. It's gotten to the point where it's hard to trust whether what I'm buying is actually going to be available. I'd set up notifications on the app where I could select products that I'm interested in and be able to get updates when they've been restocked that would be extremely helpful to consumers.

This one is now the flagship NB HEB! This HEB is one of the few ones to have the new home section of HEB. It's got some furniture, housewares, decor, things that you don't usually see at a grocer. The produce section here is one of the best around. It's giant, fresh, and has lots of room to display the fresh produce. It looks great. The butcher and fishmonger are similar- oversized, and lots to see. It's got the HEB BBQ in it. This stuff is serious BBQ. Huge portions, slow smoked all night long by Texas' premier purveyors of meat. These guys have some BBQ chops and street cred. This alone is worth checking out.
