The staff have always been polite and respectful. I can see that they all are working hard to fill each and every Prescription, so if it takes a few minutes, or even longer, I understand. I am not the only person they have to serve. read more

After seeing my Doctor, she sent my scripts to HEB SEGUIN. Running fever and completely down. I called MY HEB, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, they answered the phone, Zach ( i think) said the lady I needed to set me up was on the phone and it would be a couple of minutes. A lady picked up and asked if I was holding for delivery, i said yes, as she put me on hold she made a noise such as " oh my god another one" back on hold. Sabrina answered to set me up, gave her all my information, and she got payment. She then told me that I was out of the area of delivery, by 3 miles. I asked about my weekly delivery from the same HEB. she said nothing. Husband whom is also sick and had been throwing up all morning drove into get my scripts. Very disappointed in HEB read more

Though I had a prescription filled here my wait time exceptionally exceeded the norm for a business of this caliber. They claim to have a drive through but a better explanation for the drive through line would be a waiting line for the nursing home; because at only 33 years old I felt as if when I finally arrived at that beautiful window I would be signing admission paperwork for myself in to a shady acres nursing home. 11 out of 10 do not recommend unless your the kind of person that loves to spend their day waisting gas for the longest wait of your life. They really put the H-E-Butt in drive thru. read more

They are busy; call in well beforehand. The exception has been pain meds called in by doctor. They get these done immediately. Recently, broke my ankle and can't drive. Consequently, I've been paying over the phone and utilizing their free delivery . Again, think ahead. They are busy. It takes a while for someone to answer the phone. Always friendly service. They will not always accept Good Rx. Sometimes they can save you more, but sometimes it double theGood Rx price. However, it's always cheaper than regular price. ALWAYS go in with good Rx. Even if they don't honor it , it will initiate a discount query. I cant stress enough how much money this will save you even if you have insurance. I've seen the price reduced by 90% less than copays. Drive through can move pretty fast. Inside moves steadily, buy it always seems that they arre short staffed snd over worked. read more

I have used H-E-B pharmacy for numerous years, however getting my three prescriptions filled starting becoming very difficult, I called a on Tuesday and they said the prescriptions would be ready on Thursday? I go Saturday morning and the prescriptions are not ready? They said they needed doctor's verification to refill this very common cholesterol medication that I have taken for years and a medication for acid reflux? The girl working in the pharmacy told me to come back in a few minutes, these means come back later Saturday or Sunday. My next doctors appointment I am requesting a change in pharmacy's due to terrible customer service. read more

She answered all of my questions and found me the cheapest deals on over-the-counter products I needed. I haven't had great customer service like this in a long time. I'm quite pleased with the pharmacy. I've never had a problem with it, or any other dept at HEB. (The bakery is great for wedding cakes, too!) HEB has always been the best, here in Seguin, or anywhere else. read more

I stopped using this place in October, 2019 due to an incident and went ahead and decided to try again. This is my experience in trying again. 2 hours later after I knew my doctor sent the proscription, I called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready. I was told it would not be ready for several hours but was promised it would be ready that day. I understood, and I waited. I called again 5 hours later to ask if it was ready, and was told it would be ready the next morning. I asked why I was told it would be ready the same day earlier and the answer quickly changed to it will be ready by closing. Went in person to pick up, to find out that it only 2/3 of the prescriptions I was picking up were ready. I was okay with that. I understood. I was promised the next one would be ready today first thing this morning. I called at 11:30 to see if it was ready and I was told it will be ready by 3:30. I showed up at 4:30 PM and asked for the prescription. The lady looked me up and down and told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. At this point, I'm really frustrated. I told her I was told several times it would be ready, and I called in for it yesterday. She looked it up again, and then had my prescription in my hand within 3 minutes. That was nice. However, I feel like if I would not have said anything about being told it would be ready I would have had the same issue tomorrow. Also, they told me 3 different prescription names 3 different times so I was really confused on what I was getting and turns out I didn't even need one of them. So I ended up wasting money on top of it, just because of that added confusion. 10/10 I won't do this again. read more

Unreliable, slow, discourteous. I have experienced more errors, longer waits, and lack of knowledge than any pharmacy ever. Constant problems losing prescriptions, not having them ready when promised and even duplicating, charging one price for one and double for the other. When I asked why they filled it twice the answer was "I don't know". The drive through is worse. I have waited a half hour behind one car. Always a wait and always an error of some kind. I am changing pharmacies to one I can trust. read more
